Had to leave the rental unit within a few hours from check-in as a neighboring unit was smoking and the smell was so strong in the unit I was renting. While this unit is a non-smoking unit, other units within this building allow smoking.

We had a great stay at this property! Roman communicated effectively prior to our stay and during our stay. I really appreciated the detailed photo instructions for accessing the property and designated parking spot. The space was very clean and exactly as pictured. We loved that there were so many dining options just steps away and my son enjoyed sitting on the balcony each night to listen to the music from the court yard. Thanks for a great stay Roman! We will definitely book with you again if we’re ever in the area.

This was the perfect Condo for our stay. It was very clean. Beds were very comfortable, and Kitchen was fully stocked. The European Village has lots of shops and restaurants on the first floor which is really nice!

We enjoyed our stay and were glad to finally see the shops open at night, were hoping they'd be open in mornings especially the cafe. The neighbor came out on balcony to smoke when I tried to enjoy a cup of coffee which sent me back inside. could've been a little cleaner and stocked a little nicer BUT I'm in the interior design industry so I'm pretty picky that way.

Fantastic hosts and very responsive. Outside of the neighbor who smokes every 5 min the stay was a perfect location, close to everything and a jump away to hammock beach and all local beaches

Great time in Palm Coast

What fun we had at European Village! Restaurants, shops and weekend entertainment! Comfortable accommodations, things to do and near the beach. Sunday farmers market was super!

Enjoyable stay

Roman was an excellent host. His directions on how to access the condo were very easy to follow and he was very fast to reply to any questions. The condo is in an excellent location to enjoy the free entertainment on Friday and Saturday evenings. The condo was very clean and well appointed. We felt safe staying there. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
