This beautiful unit is located right on the beach in the highly sought after Sterling Reef Condominiums.

This unit is located on the 10th floor.

Sterling Reef is located on Front Beach Road within walking distance to Shipwreck Island, a waterpark great for the whole family. With multiple waterslides, pools and a lazy river, Shipwreck Island is a great way to beat the heat.


NEWER COMPLEX! Big balcony overlooking the fabulous Emerald Green Waters of the Gulf Coast. This vacation condominium features two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The ocean front master bedroom has a spectacular view of the gulf of mexico and a sliding glass door to the balcony. It has a flat screen tv and KING SIZE BED. Also has a private bathroom with garden tub/shower combo.

In the secondary bedroom there is a twin size bed and also a bunk bed with a twin over full and a flat screen TV.

This complex has a seasonally heated pool with a Large Barbecue both are located Gulfside.

The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and with access to the ocean front balcony with enough room for balcony dining.

Beautiful condo, perfect views, great access to everything. The only issue was Lots of sand and black feet after not being there very long. One of the kids beds had a lot of sand on the comforter and there was sand on the couch. It was easily cleaned up, but was a nuisance to start the trip.

On Friday the 5th when we arrived late found out tv in living room area did not work. Reported it Saturday the 6th. Someone came in while we were out of theRoom and left the directv box dangling by the wires and tv was not fixed. This same day my wife when to get knife out of the utensil drawer. To our surprise one of the knives has peanut butter on it. Finding this we started looking at other utensils. Several more were found dirty. It appeared that someone prior had put up the utensils dirty not even washed. My wife got out two coffee cups and found them all dirty with dried coffee or hot chocolate. So the first full day ofvacation we spend washing all the utensils, cups and plates. On the 7th I called about the tv again. Told the lady that answered the phone that I had reported the tv not working the day before and it appeared someone had come and could she tell me the status of the repair. She said she had no access to maintenance work orders but she would call me when she found out when she called maintenance. Did not get a call back and no one from maintenance came. On the 8th I called again about the tv. The lady on the phone gave me the same answer as the lady did the day before. Did not get a call back nor no one from maintenance came. At this point I was pissed and was not going to call back. On the 9thMaintenance came and put a card in the directv box and tv was working. Left the box dangling from the tv. This was the perfect size condo and we really enjoyed our stay at the Sterling Reef! There was an initial concern regarding house keeping, as there was still an overwhelming amount of sand throughout the unit including all over the master bedroom bedding! However! This was quickly and promptly resolved when we reached out to the unit owner and made them aware. Our unit was thoroughly vacuumed and all linens were replaced.

Great stay but very dirty.

Check-in was quick and easy the condo was beautiful and the location was great. There are plenty of boogie boards for us to use and i also left a unicorn float for anyone else to enjoy! Make sure you bring extra trash bags, laundry soap, and dishwasher soap. There was 2 small coffee cups and 1 tall and 1 short drinking glass. Dishes in the cabinet were greasy and dirty. The pots and pans had old egg and pasta in them. The dishwasher had old food and noodles at the bottom. There was sand in the beds, and couches. I know we are at the beach but it was obviously not clean. We could not pull the fold out bed without dumping sand everywhere. The condo was great looking. I just wish there was pantry space but we made it work! We enjoyed our week there! I would definitely stay here again but i now know to come better prepared, and ready to clean before i unload ! .

Nice Peaceful Week At Sterling Reef

Annual Fall Break getaway but first time at Sterling Reef. Great location and the design of all the Sterling buildings is great. ECDI was great to work with, easy in and easy out.

Nice condo

Upon arrival condo had not been cleaned yet by the housekeepers so our check in time was about a hour later than scheduled. It was nice and had a great view. Only thing I didn’t like was there was not enough space in the kitchen to put food. All cabinets had dishes in them. We enjoyed our stay.

This vacation with family was awesome. The location and beach is great. The only thing I did not like was the condo cleanliness, it almost seemed like the cleaning crew left in the middle of there work. The floors were dirty , there was a cleaning rag left on the table, windows were not washed , there were some clothes left from other people on floor, and I had to wipe down end tables.

Very dirty

Place was dirty, bed sheets had stains and was not changed from previous guests. Sand was everywhere on bed sheets in all beds and couches. Floor was very dirty. Internet was not working at all .Emailed couple times and problem was not solved. Only 2 elevators for the whole building , take forever for go up or down. Dishwasher worked but did not wash dishes at all .

PCB-Sterling Reef 10th floor

Gorgeous views! Beautiful place and loved the balcony! Property was great! Would love to come back. Only confusion we have is the second bedroom shows and lists a separate queen bed from the bunk beds. Instead it was a queen/full on the bottom bunk with a twin on top and separate twin. We had two couples staying and the one couple had to sleep on the bottom bunk. We made it work. Overall, we would stay again!

Read before booking!!

The ad makes the condo look absolutely beautiful, and while the hotel itself was super clean the room that we booked was not. Within minutes of being there my kids feet were black from walking on the floors which I get you’re going to have sand. It’s a Beach, but it looks like the floors hadn’t been mopped in months. There was a cockroach climbing up the kitchen wall, I try to reach out to the property manager. I called the customer service they told me to email. no one ever got back with me. I sent a message on this app and nobody replied. The spare bedroom was not put together like the pictures had it with the twin bunkbeds. It had the bunkbed over the queen size bed, and that made it very uncomfortable for my mother-in-law to stay in for a whole week so we didn’t love that. my kids wanted to sleep on the pull out couch so that they had a big TV and honestly I wouldn’t have even put my dogs on that pull out mattress. As soon as you put your hand down you went straight to springs. It was so uncomfortable my kids wouldn’t sleep there. Overall the pictures just make this place looks so much better than what it was in reality and I’m very disappointed to pay so much money and just be let down. There’s also no storage so if you choose to go to the grocery store, you’re going to have to put all of your stuff on the counter. There’s also no dresser in the spare bedroom, which makes it difficult to store clothes away to stay for a whole week so you’re living out of a suitcase.

Expected some improvements

We stayed a second year in the row at this place. First year was clean and we did kind of look on all other stuff because they are old but been working. This year from beginning was dirty, dishwasher not working the whole time to wash dishes after 5 people is kind of not fun when you’re in vacation and on last day kids watching movie and tv shots down in the middle of movie and never went back. I think that place needs a little improvements to make people feel they are in vacation

Was enough room for 2 adults and 4 kids. Perfect location. Could be cleaner. The biggest problem we had was the bands used around the property. Had to cut my youngest child’s off of her.
