Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

It was great! Would definitely stay at this property again. Everything was very clean, quiet, and we love the location being in between everything on 30A. We’ve stayed in the Prominence neighborhood a few times now and keep going back for a reason. You won’t regret this booking!

We had a wonderful stay! All of our guests loved the space – it was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby parks. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was spotty during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. That said, everything else exceeded our expectations. All in all, a great stay and we would definitely come back!

Beautiful and clean, just a little run down

Beautiful place, great location, very clean. Just was not happy with how worn and run down it looked. What looked like mold, in the master closet and bedroom vents has be very concerned, especially being pregnant. Bed sheets were EXTREMELY worn and pilling, walls were very scuffed up, living room rug was nasty and had holes in it. Curtain rods had been pulled out of the walls multiple times with patches all over. Lots of little things that needed attention to detail. But overall it was clean and beautiful. I expressed my concerns to property management and they were very quick with a response and offering resolutions as best as they could. Just wish it reflected the photos better.

The best weekend away

We loved our stay here for a long Memorial Day weekend. The house was beautiful, comfortable and exactly as described. We enjoyed having access to the golf cart to ride around. Each day we went to the Walton Dunes Beach Access. It was a quick drive and very secluded with not many people there. The location of this house is perfect to be close to both seaside and Rosemary/Alys. The property manager was easy to communicate with and made sure we had what we needed. Would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful experience!

We had a group of four come stay at this property and we could not recommend it enough! It was the perfect size for our small group and truly had everything we needed at the tip of our fingertips. The host was extremely responsive and provided you with tons of details before checking in that made it a very seamless process. it is an incredible location just a handful of miles from Seaside, rosemary Beach, and popular restaurants and shopping in the area. It was so convenient that it came with a golf cart and had a fully stocked kitchen with tons of supplies and appliances that we utilize throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this property if you are looking for a perfect getaway for a small group! We will be back for sure!

Good Stay

We were a party of 3 staying in the condo- it was a perfect size for us. I would not recommend more than 3-5 people staying here as the space is limited. The condo was 95% clean. You can tell they don’t deep clean a lot because the bedding items that can’t be washed were a little dingy, the fan blades were covered in dust and the tile grout def needs deep/steam cleaned as it had discolored to a pink-black & dirt color in the high traffic areas. Also The HVAC air had been set on 74 before our arrival and it took 3 hours to get it down to 70. If we opened a door or used a hair dryer or turned on the dryer it would go up very quickly. I know these are small issues and we enjoyed our stay and didn’t complain to the company as I know these things happen. This is a high traffic area with vehicles and small kids. Deer Lake State park was our favorite location for the beach- just take a wagon to haul your items. It’s a long walk. Overall this was a great condo and my family had a nice stay.

Wonderful first stay in 30A

Really enjoyed this property. It was very clean and there were lots of provided amenities as well. Plenty of towels and even provided some tide pods for laundry. We stayed about 5 days and also rented a golf cart. We had excellent communication from the host as well. They called before our arrival and they responded extremely fast to any emails. Would definitely stay here in the future

The home is beautifully decorated and very clean, even prettier in person than the photos convey. We had everything we needed for our family of three. It’s in a great location as well, we were able to get to The Big Chill and the pool with a short walk. I would highly recommend this home! We will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous 30A Stay

This condo was in a wonderful location for my family. I have two small children and being able to walk to the big chill was really nice. The golf cart made trips to the beach fun and effortless. The location is perfect, the heated pool was a plus, and it was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed two months in this beautiful condo. Enjoyed it greatly. Very comfortable and beautifully appointed. And Mandy, Meredith, and Latoya from Beyond Blue are fabulous! The Big Chill is a very fun bonus for this property. The bike trail to Rosemary Beach is perfect!

Holiday Visit to Prominence!

The property was as advertised! Our rental was quiet, cozy and had all the essentials. We rented a golf cart but never used it because we could not cross 30A and did not use the pool. We were visiting to celebrate Thanksgiving with our 4 children and 6 grandchildren who rented a house in Watersound the property across 30A from Prominence. We were able to walk/drive to The Big Chill shops/restaurants also across the street. Our entire group participated in the 30A 10k, 5k, and mile walk/run. It was well run and a blast for all of us - grandparents down to an 18 month old. We would highly recommend a vacation to this area!

Comfy and Convenient

Loved the location! Nice neighborhood feel right on 30a. Took the golf cart to Deer Lake SP right done the road for an easy beach access. Having the HUB right across the road was great. Short drive to Grayson and other spots on 30a. We found the accommodations very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Open concept kitchen and living provided a great space for gathering together. Loved having the deck to sit outside.

Beautiful home & neighborhood

We visited the property for 4 nights over spring break. We were comfortable in the home and it was beautifully decorated and super clean! The kids loved taking rides in the golf cart and many a visit to the Big Chill across the street. The pool was awesome however we had chilly weather so didn’t get much use. The house was stocked with everything you need to get your trip started and plenty of beach chairs and toys. We’d def visit again!

Perfect Property

This property is perfect! It’s very clean and spacious. The decor is adorable. There’s a large pantry for storing food for your stay and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need. The master closet is also large and perfect for unpacking. The master shower is awesome! Washer and dryer were an added bonus. This property is on one of the outer streets of the neighborhood but within walking distance of the pool. We mostly used the golf cart to go to the beach. No complaints! Would definitely recommend this property!
