Brand new EVERYTHING! Be one of the first people to stay in this HUGE, gorgeous unit at Long Beach Resort, located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Just steps from the beach and everything you need is here in this completely remodeled and perfectly decorated condo!! Beach chairs are also included when you book this property.

Enter into the all-white kitchen and enjoy the granite counters, stainless steel appliances and HUGE island. Completely stocked with everything you need to cook gourmet meals, you can chat with family at the large island, or keep your eye on the big game in the den, just steps away in the living area. The open concept layout makes this a perfect space for entertaining, whether you are watching movies on the flat screen TV, making cocktails at the *wet bar* or relaxing at sunset on the terrace overlooking the white sand beach. Don't forget about family game and movie nights in the large living area with plenty of seating for everyone!

You will have more space than you need here! The Master bedroom has a King bed, with an en suite bathroom, its own flat screen TV and AMAZING ocean views. The spa- like bathroom is completely renovated and the furnishings and linens are new in ALL bedrooms. The second bedroom has a King bed as well, and its own remodeled bathroom with double vanities and new tile. The third bedroom has 2 Queen beds, a flat screen TV and its own bathroom just steps away. The third bathroom is ALSO remodeled with room for plenty! There is an additional Queen sleeper sofa in the den if needed. The FULL sized washer and dryer is in the unit for your convenience.

Starting in August 2025 Long Beach Resort will be commencing renovations with an expected completion date of April 2026. This will include repairing concrete columns, balcony slabs, hallway walkways and stucco. The construction crew will be committed to mitigating disruptions as much as possible. Pools will be off-limits for much of the construction time and balconies will be inaccessible for a period starting in November 2025. Noise levels will vary and occasional jackhammering of concrete will create high noise levels during this time.

We had an amazing experience at this property! The location was perfect, the amenities were excellent, and the customer service truly stood out.A special thanks to Hallie, who was incredibly helpful and responsive when we requested a late checkout. She did her best to accommodate us and arranged a 1 PM checkout at no extra charge, which we greatly appreciated.We’d also like to thank Anna, who promptly assisted us when we had an issue with the door code—her support made a big difference.Overall, our stay was very satisfactory. Highly recommended!

Seamless process from booking to checkout. Had minor issues with parking passes but this was quickly resolved through texting. Another issue with stand-alone ice maker and maintenance came back two days to troubleshoot but it unfortunately wasn’t fixed. Housekeeping did bring us a bag of ice to get us through which was very nice!Overall, this location & condo layout are just perfect! The beds were comfy and the three bathrooms were a blessing for our party of eight. And then
.there was the wonderful patio! Spacious and perfect for a large family vacation. Best morning coffee I’ve had in a while!Thank you for sharing your beautiful, beachy condo! We will be back!!

Wonderful Family Vacation

The unit was beautiful. We had a couple minor issues that the property manager promptly took care of. The pool was partially closed due to construction on the building opposite ours so that was a minor inconvenience but out of the control of the property owner. Overall, this is our 5th time visiting Panama City Beach and staying at this resort. Would definitely book again!

Perfect week!

This unit was perfect for my family. The checkin process was so easy with the code we received. We arrived there promptly at 4 PM cst and the code worked. Place is beautiful and was nice that each of my kids and their guest had their own bathrooms and beach views in the front rooms. My husband and I took the back suite and also had a nice beach view plus the pool. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with so many things, even though we didn’t use half of it since we went out to eat most nights. The ice maker in the room worked great, after we figured out we had to close the drain, took us a day to figure out why it wasn’t working. The unit had pool noodles that we used everyday and were so lucky to have picture perfect beach conditions each day. The beach chair rental was a nice added touch as well. We did rent two more sets so everyone had their own. Absolutely love the pool and used it every late afternoon and night. One thing I did notice was in the dryer where the lint screen is, it was missing a corner and did have a swimsuit string get snagged on it and ripped but thankfully it was out last night there. We are all in agreement we would absolutely rent this unit again!!!

This was an awesome unit. Very clean, well stocked kitchen with updated appliances and very stylish bedrooms. Mattresses in room with 2 queen beds had a great mattress topper but mattress under that makes you roll to one side and the toilet was on the tall side but other than that it was great, best unit we have ever stayed at with Long Beach Resort, will definitely stay again!

A nightmare!!!

This probably won't make it into the comments section. When I checked the comments, they were all great but one. There's no way that can be right. NO WAY! June 18th- My family of 8 traveled 12 hours to get to this condo. It's 3 bedrooms and 3 bath. We arrived around 8:15pm. When my 3 young granddaughters and I walked in we were shocked! It had NOT been cleaned. All of the 4 king size beds were unmade and one was soiled with urine. The bathrooms had wet towels everywhere as well as used soap and hair. There was mildew on the shower curtains and some kind of goop in the bathtub soap holder. There were dirty panties and a pair of men's underwear laying in the floor. The kitchen had been cooked in and there was grease and dirt everywhere. The microwave looked like something red exploded in it. Water was standing on the floor in front of the built-in ice maker because it had a bad leak in it. There were bugs, feathers, filth, and sand all over the floor and tables. All the wrist bands were not there, and we didn't have the two parking passes that we were supposed to have. The worst was yet to be discovered...After realizing what we had walked into, we realized it was very hot. The temperature was a toasty 77 degrees but it was set on 67. Hot air was blowing out the vent. The air condition did NOT work!!! I had found the listing on VRBO but apparently, as I soon started finding out from the contract, that somehow it was actually a company called 'Vacation Life Properties' that I was supposed to call if we had any problems. They promised to have someone come and clean it. In the meantime, my husband started stripping the beds and I started getting all the disgusting towels gathered and brought the kitchen. Then I cleaned the kitchen while my husband swept. After several calls and texts, a lady came around 10 or 11pm and did the best she could. She got the coolest bedroom cleaned so I could put my granddaughters to bed. She left around 1 or 1:30am. I'm going to stop now...I would be writing all day if I mentioned everything. I have pics! How did the air condition situation go you ask.....It never got fixed and we had men coming in and out everyday just to tell us it couldn't be fixed. On the last evening before we left, someone came in and messed with it and it started cooling some but that didn't do us and good. We were leaving in a few hours. Oh....one more thing, the dishwasher didn't work either A spoon was in it growing somekind of fungus.

dirty

arrived and the bracelets and car tags were not there as we were told so on the first day we had to wait until those were delivered to us before we could go to pool or beach. the floors were filthy our feet were black from walking in the condo. i addressed this the first day and we were told there would be someone that day to clean the floors, no one ever showed up. still dirty the day we left. bathtub needs to be re caulked. mold around the caulking. toilet was rusty. no way should you ask for the kind of money you are asking for to rent this place. I will never stay at this condo again and i really should be reimbursed some money. 10,000 dollars for this? we also had to ask for more wash cloths and towels. I don't go on vacation to have to wash a load of washcloths every day. if you have 8 people staying in a room, i would think more than 1 washcloth per person isn't too much to ask for paying that much money?? if anything was dropped and slid under the couch, it came out with dust bunnies and feathers. the pictures paint a beautiful updated condo, but when arriving you find the filth.

THE BEST CONDO

This condo exceeded all expectations. I don’t know if we would ever be able to top it. High quality furniture , appliances, and layout. The Resort is great with multiple pools, a bar, and heated pools that are open until midnight. We went with our adult sons and their children. the rooms are perfect for a multi family vacation. Each room had their own bathroom and view of the ocean. Also, security is on top of things here so you don’t have to worry about people coming in from other places to overcrowd the pool or beach. A+ and a job well done with this spot!

Family Reunion with Brothers & Sister

We arrived to be told the maid could not clean our unit because of car problems. But someone would be there shortly to clean. It would be ready closer to 430Pm. Place was not vacuumed or mopped. Our socks were black. Had TV problems with internet TV in main room. It went on and off and I explained to the very nice young women who came up to help us that I had 80 years old and older and they needed the TV. They didn’t go to beach and wanted to be together. Not in bedrooms with the cable TV. I found a rather large roach in bathroom and another the next night. They unit needed to be sprayed. Overall we had a great time being together and reminiscing about growing up on the farm. The unit was as shown on the pictures. Owners did a great job on furnishing the unit and kitchen was fully stocked.

What a Gem!

This property was exactly as described and it was just as pretty as it was in the pictures! We were located in tower2 and had close access to the hot tub, pool, lagoon pool, and the beach. Elevators were very fast, check in was easy, and we had the most amazing well stocked kitchen! Love the large screen tv in all rooms and the beds were so comfortable! So tastefully decorated and it was a joy to stay there!

Very nice condo

We have stayed in a lot of condos . This was definitely our favorite . The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need . It is in a great location. We saw lots of dolphins from the balcony. We hope to come back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Long Beach Resort. The rental property we stayed in was beautiful and comfortable. The condo was everything the listing showed and more. The views were Spectacular. The entire reservation process was very easy. We would recommend this property and would stay here again.

The condo was immaculate and very well kept. The ambiance was beautiful and we were there celebrating my BFF's wedding. We had an amazing time and enjoyed ourselves very much. We come to Long Beach twice a year and will definitely be back next year. Thanks so much!

New fangled appliances

Our overall stay was great. The condo was beautiful! I'd like to know more about a number of things, ie the type of flooring, toilets, area rugs...all top notch. Our only irritation was codes coming up on the appliances...had an error code on the fridge that the maintenance guy wasn't able to fix...thankfully it wasn't a huge concern for us. Spectacular condo!

We love Long Beach Resort!

We absolutely love Long Beach Resort and it’s location to everything! We’ve stayed here for two years and plan to come back next year. It’s never crowded, and the layout of the condos are perfect. No waiting for elevators, easy to find parking, and love having a gated property with security. The only downfalls for this particular unit for us was that the dryer did not work properly. We had to dry our clothes for up to three hours. We also were not able to get the oven to turn on. Also, the couch cushions would not stay put, they constantly kept coming out of place making it uncomfortable. Other than those issues, it was an amazing trip!
