▶Minutes to the Shore:
- Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access: (3 min drive, .9 miles away) the largest public beach access in Walton County, is located just half a mile away and can be easily reached. This access point provides various amenities such as public restrooms, outdoor showers, ample parking, and seasonal lifeguard services.
- Phillips Inlet Beach Access - (0.6 miles away) You can cross over HWY 98 on 'N Walton Lakeshore Drive', and that runs you right into the beach access.
- Lupine Beach Access - (0.9 miles away) You can cross over HWY 98 on 'N Walton Lakeshore Drive', and that runs you right into the beach access at Phillips. Lupine is located at the end of Walton Magnolia Ln.

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for two cars. There is no street parking available.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 23.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. We’ve been to inlet retreat for the last 3 years. It’s a great location and the house is well appointed with everything you need! The neighborhood pool is very nice as well. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We've been returning to this beach home away from home now for almost 5 years and we enjoy everything about it. The host is gracious and communicative every time, the space is always clean, we love the location both in the neighborhood and proximity to the beach. Quick family beach getaway

My wife and I have been coming to the Panama City Beach area for years now, but I think we've finally found our mainstay vacation rental. Everything was great from the hospitality to the location. We truly enjoyed biking to the beach each morning to watch the sunrise and in the evenings for the sunsets. The home had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay- and our host was super-communicative. We're already looking forward to booking our next visit.

Great Stay @ Inlet Retreat

We had a great experience @ Inlet Retreat. Upon arrival spotless, very clean and fully equipped for our stay. Location is excellent with beach, restaurants, shopping all within reasonable driving distance. If you wish to walk, public beach access is nearby as well as many shops and restaurants. A lot has changed since my last visit 30+ years ago…but pleasantly surprised with all the growth. Will definitely come back again… will not wait 30+ years. That’s for sure!!!

Stay was relaxing and worry free

The things I worry about staying somewhere - An outdoor grill - Cleanliness - No bugs The property had all my 3 bullet points. The house was clean, no bugs and a grill hooked up to natural gas also a charcoal grill in garage. Outside the plants were pretty and well maintained by drip irrigation. Also fire pit was a nice touch as well. Inside kitchen was stocked well with cooking utensils etc All bedrooms were nice, beds comfortable and master shower was nice also There’s beach chairs, fishing poles, umbrellas, beach toys and bikes in garage We are gonna book again for next year highly recommend

Lovely House

We had a lovely stay at this home with our three children under the age of 10. It was very clean and had plenty of room. The pictures of the house were completely on point. All the bedding was super clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. My children enjoyed the pool. The bikes were nice to ride to the pool or fishing. I would not recommend having the kids ride bikes to the beach bc interstate 98 is fairly busy. Inlet beach was less crowded than other beaches. We did go down to the State Park, but it was a bit of a hike to get to the actual beach. I wouldn't recommend if it is very hot! Although it was beautiful. Lots of shells! The beach chairs were a nice bonus. There were a few beach toys for the kids. We enjoyed the beautiful firepit. The little town of Rosemary was cute. We loved eating at Cowgirl. Everything was delicious. We went to Shades and my kids loved the french fries. I would recommend skipping the restaurant The Bay, the seafood wasn't prepared well. The food trucks at Seaside were delicious!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay in Inlet Beach, the home was beautiful and just as shown on the listing. The area was super nice, not hectic and crazy. Access to the beach was quick and simple as was access to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. We loved our time and would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others without hesitation.

Family Beach Trip

We had a great stay. Everything was as advertised and check in was very easy. The landscaping and flowers were beautiful. Property has been well taken care of. The house was large enough to easily accommodate our group of 6 adults. Especially enjoyed the bicycles. Beach access requires you to cross a fairly busy road but is close enough for a bike ride but would be a moderate walk on a hot day.

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The house was in a great location to access Inlet Beach which was really the only public beach. We loved biking thru 30A. Loved the cleanliness of the beaches and the people were so nice! The property manager was wonderful to communicate with. Definitely bring your own cleaning supplies and all paper products. Great fall break!

We love staying in this neighborhood for fall break. This is one of the nicest hoes we have stayed in. It is loaded with everything you need to cook or grill if you wish. It is a great location. The furniture is very nice. Super large TV's for everyone. This home was very clean and plenty of linens. Great washer and dryer also!

Beautiful house and wonderful host

The house is perfect and convenient to everything. Beach access is only a five-minute drive and parking is plentiful. House looks like brand new, very clean and well decorated. Eric the host always responded within minutes. Our car had a dead battery on the last day of the stay and he immediately came over with his truck to give us a jump start. Definitely recommend staying here for your 30A experience!!

End of Summer Vacation

Renting this house for the long weekend was the right choice, and will do it again in 2022! My family and I enjoyed the proximity to the beach, shopping, and great restaurants. The house is very nice and very comfortable. The community pool is top notch. If I had one suggestion, it would be to offer beach towels but that’s what the gift shops are for lol.

The property is beautiful, high end, very comfortable, brand new, very well equipped. The beach is near enough to go walking with light weight, on bicycle or car, there is free parking, with fresh water and bathrooms, really good beach, same emerald coast as Destin but less people

Beautiful Home

The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with basic home items and beach essentials. The neighborhood was quiet and the community pool is very nice. We have rented in many places in Inlet beach and the surrounding area and we will definitely stay here again. The beach is just across hwy 98 and was convenient. We had a great trip!

Great house, great location

We really enjoyed our stay. We wanted a house in a not-so-crowded area with close access to beach and a pool. We received de bikes or drove and parked close to the beach. It would be a long walk if you were carrying chairs/beach bag. But we never had a problem parking. And it was an easy ride on the bikes. The house was great. We had 5 adults and a 17 year old. Plenty of space. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed for cooking. Loved having 4 bikes and beach chairs. Be aware, when they say starter pack of supplies they mean it. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. One dish towel, one small hotel style soap in each bathroom. Definitely will need to bring or purchase more of those items for a week’s stay. Bring your own spices. There was salt and pepper and Creole seasoning but that was it. We loved the decorations. Couch/chairs were comfortable as were the beds. We would definitely come back again.

We loved it so much we came back and the sequel did not disappoint! Everything as usual was immaculate, the neighbors and weather all were accommodating, and we made great memories once again. This place has everything you need to make your beach trip sweat free, from bikes, proximity to the beach, and pool access for those days when you want it. Looking forward to coming back again.
