Shabby living room furniture chair was stained rug ravelled, cold water sink handle would not work in bathroom , air conditioner was frozen. Just seemed the whole place needed some attention. Was not worth the price

Check in was smooth, rental management company just took it over so there are a few things.Water filter was expired in the fridge. Microwave quit working they did bring us a loaner.Does cone with 4 bikes and location is close to the pool.Once the new rental company gets on top of it should be a nice place.

Overall this house was excellent! It was a 2 minute walk to the pool and the pool was amazing!!!! It was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and that was with 9 kids! We would stay here again, but there are little things in the house that could be better. The floors and stairs weren't very clean. The bottoms of our feet were black after walking around barefoot the first day. The top drawer of the dishwasher had a broken wheel. The bathroom on the second floor in the hallway had a broken towel rack. All of the exterior doors were a pain to latch and lock. The 1st floor back porch door was the worst. Now we did not contact the rental property and ask for anything to be fixed for us and I do think they would have came. One more suggestion would be to put a removable handheld sprayer in the upstairs master bathroom. Not necessary, but would be nice. This was our first visit to the 30A area and we will most definitely be back!!
