Spectacular gulf views and observation deck, 2.5 blocks from the beach
Multiple identical houses available next door to each other.

New construction that is a professionally decorated, luxury property completed March 2019. Sleeping arrangements include four king bedrooms plus a bunk room that has four queen mattresses so the house comfortably sleeps and entertains 12-16 people. First floor has a den with 65” tv, kitchen with professional stainless appliances and white quartz, half bath, laundry room with full size Samsung front loading steam washer and dryer, and a king bedroom. Second floor has two king bedrooms plus bathrooms and the bunk room which has four queen mattresses. Third floor has a king bedroom and bath plus a den with a 70” tv and an arcade machine. Third floor porch is a covered outdoor kitchen and seating area with a tv plus a spiral staircase that leads to the fourth floor, rooftop observation deck that has amazing gulf and sunset views.

This new neighborhood is being built out as an 11-house community that is themed to blend in with the new surrounding developments on the east end of 30A. Exteriors are white, hard-coat stucco with every house having unique shutter colors. Interiors have shaker cabinets, white quartz, professional kitchen appliances, nickel gap shiplap wall siding, built in bunks, hardwood floors, soft LED lighting, NEST Thermostats, and all the items you need to be comfortable during your stay such as a Dyson Animal cordless vacuum.

Why Grove at Inlet? This new neighborhood has you in the middle of everything but it isn’t as congested as surrounding communities. Once you unpack the groceries, it is possible to park your car and not use it for the rest of your week. Here are some of the attractions within two blocks of the house:

Beach access – It is only a four minute, two and half block (approximately 460 steps) walk to the beach. What you will come to love about this South Wall Street beach access is that it is a Walton County neighborhood beach access point. This means that there is no parking for vehicles. The only people at this access point either walked here or biked here so it is a much quieter and less crowded beach than neighboring communities. There is a second public beach access point with parking and restrooms, approximately 760 steps away.

Rosemary Beach – There is only one long block between us and the western border of Rosemary Beach but it is a further walk (approximately 1400 steps) to get all the way over to the Town Center at Rosemary Beach where there is great food, shopping, and seasonal activities open to the public. Restaurants include Amavida Coffee & Tea, Cowgirl Kitchen, Edward’s Food & Wine, Havana Beach Bar & Grill in the Pearl Hotel, La Crema Tapas & Chocolate, Pescado Rooftop Bar & Seafood Grill, Restaurant Paradis, and the Sugar Shack. Rosemary Beach is home to a popular farmers market every Sunday from 9am-1pm at Barrett Square. Like tennis? Rosemary Beach’s Racquet Club is one of the top 75 tennis destinations in the world and they are open to the public. Contact the Racquet Club to book a reservation.

Food – Donut Hole, Shades Bar & Grill, Destin Ice Market 30A, Big Bad Breakfast at the Pointe, 30Avenue (Amici 30A Italian Kitchen, Barbacoa Mexican Grill, Cuvee 30A, Freshii, Great American Cookies, Marble Slab Creamery) are all within a two block radius of the house.

Convenience – Destin Ice house across the street is an upscale grocery market for Fresh Gulf Seafood, Prime Meats, Fine Wines and Craft Beers, Gourmet Cheeses, Deli and Prepared Foods, and more that is open 9am-8pm daily. There is also a UPS Store across the street at Inlet Crossing. Gas station and convenience store are within a block of the house.

Construction – it is hard to find anywhere on 30A that doesn’t have any construction going on! This neighborhood consists of 11 houses. The first seven are complete and none are currently under construction. Houses 8 and 9 are estimated to break ground during September 2020 for a summer 2021 delivery. We will do our best to minimize the disruptions to our guests and keep everything contained but please be aware of this potential inconvenience. The common pool is complete.

This was such a nice house!! It was a little loud being right next to the highway- but overall a very private and high end feeling neighborhood. Brett was very responsive and highly attentive. We had to use the dining room chairs as extra seating since we couldn’t all fit on the 2 couches but no complaints other than that.

Wonderful Home

We have been coming to this side of 30A for 12 years. We loved this location and how easy it was to ride bikes or walk to the beach. The kids could still ride bikes to all the shops in Rosemary and Seacrest. The property manager was very kind and communicated well. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved EVERYTHING about our stay!

A week at the beach with 10 usually far-flung family members COULD be hairy, am I right? Not on Spinnaker Lane! With 4 br/bth suites, a bunk room with 4 DOUBLE bunks, 2 living areas, and a spacious balcony the width of the house, not to mention the pool a literal stone's throw away - there was a place for everyone! It's about a 3 block walk on a lightly traveled, 2-lane neighborhood street to the public beach access, then down the steps and you're on Inlet Beach, which is SO NICE! There's a bike rack if you want to ride down. No parking for cars, so get someone to drop you/your gear off or buy one of those $50 collapsible wagons at Wal-Mart and schlepp back and forth. There are chairs/umbrellas for rent on the beach but they p/u at 5p and there's still so much day left - we often stayed out until 8p. You can also arrange for an evening bonfire set up - looked like fun (it's pricey). The house has literally everything you need and if you have a question, the very friendly, hands-on owner is but a text away, and probably on the property already. Head out the front gate, which backs up to 98 and walk about a block to The Shades for cocktails and good food (on the corner where 30-A joins 98). Rosemary Beach and all of its charm and cute shops (and Sunday farmer's market) are a pleasant, shady walk or even quicker bike ride away. There's a Publix within a 5 minute drive, cute shops on 98, and Marcos Pizza which is VERY GOOD/not expensive. Have fun on Spinnaker Lane!

Great Family Place!

Place was perfect for our group. Had no issues and spoke and saw Brett, property manager several times. Brett was super hospitable and responded super fast on two questions I had. He knows the area and gave us some awesome recommendations! Goatfeathers steamed shrimp with their seasoning was best shrimp we ever had! Great little neighborhood all owned and managed by Brett. He really wants his guests to have a great experience! Small community of 8-9 houses has a pool and green space for kids to play. We had a great time! Couple minute walk to the fantastic beach as well. You cannot go wrong with location to great food across the street- Amici’s, Shades, Goatfeathers and Destin seafood market if you want to cook your own seafood! We will definitely be back! Perfect!!

This property is all that is cracked up to be. The location was perfect. Approx. 5 minute walk to the best beaches on the gulf. Rooftop balcony has breathtaking views of the entire area. House was extremely clean and well decorated. Brett was on top of everything. I’ve stayed in the area numerous times and I’ve never seen a property manager that is more attentive to his property. Kudos to you Brett for what you have built and continue to build. Thanks for sharing your little piece of heaven with us.

Worth every penny!

The property was exactly what the listing shows. Brett (the owner) is incredible. He is so responsive, helpful, positive and willing to go the extra mile. He is on site every day which is actually very helpful for anything you need. The properties are in excellent shape and you can tell he cares about keeping them up to a high standard. Brett also will provide recommendations on what to do and where to go in the area. We will definitely be back.

A perfect location for a much needed getaway!

Everything about the house was perfect for our family! The house was clean and beautiful, there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with enough dishes and everything we needed for cooking. The beach access in this area was wonderful and much less crowded than other parts of the beach. We felt that we had plenty of space to set up on the beach and also remain distant from other families. This was our first time staying in the area and the only thing I would have done differently is to rent bikes and have them delivered to the house for our stay (or bring our bikes). The walk to the beach is not too bad, but would have been really easy on bikes, which is what most people do. Brett is an awesome host. He was on site daily and responded immediately anytime we needed him. We would absolutely book here again!

Eleven members of our family spent a week in this house and really enjoyed our time. Brett was a great host and was responsive any questions we had about the property or the area. The house was super clean and comfortable. The bunk room was especially nice with the queen size bunks and extra space for our kids. Access to the beach, Rosemary, restaurant and services was also easy. Parking to fit 4 cars was especially convenient compared to what you would get at Rosemary. Overall, we enjoyed the house and would definitely rent it again.

This vacation rental was absolutely amazing!!! Perfect location!

The property owner, Brett, was one of the reasons we decided to rent this particular vacation home. His customer service was phenomenal. Very genuine and caring. You can tell he takes pride in his properties and his guests. He wanted to make sure we were ok and had the best experience. The location of the home as was perfect. Close to shopping, restaurants, bike rentals, and of course the beach. You could literally walk to so many places. My family thoroughly enjoyed the rental as well. It was very clean. Great Getaway

Perfect house for our girls' trip! Great location with a short walk to the beach. Less crowded than other areas on 30A. Only suggestion would be some lamp lighting in the main area. The overhead lighting was a bit much at night. Loved our stay!
