Come stay with us in our 3BR/2BA property located in Venture Out on the East end of Panama City Beach, FL. Our home boasts 2 King bedrooms, a 3rd bedroom with a twin trundle bed and a sofa with a queen size bed. 2 full baths, large dining area, and a well stocked kitchen complete the setup. Venture Out has awesome amenities: 2 swimming pools (one heated), a play ground, shuffle board, mini golf, tennis courts, a boat ramp, and fishing areas.

*** NOTE *** Venture Out will be paving the resort September 8, 2025 until April 3, 2026.

Please Note: In Addition to the total fee for this rental, the resort charges $75.00 plus tax for each car you bring into the resort. 2 CARS MAXIMUM - You will get a link to pay this separately from "Camp Life" via email prior to arrival.

Due to severe pet allergies we are STRICTLY a NON PET home.

We are non smoking inside, but do allow smoking outside the home.

KITCHEN & LIVING AREA
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals, including stainless steel appliances, cookware, a toaster, a Keurig coffee maker, and a variety of other small appliances. There's plenty of space for everyone to gather around the dining table, with additional bar seating at the kitchen counter—perfect for the kids or casual meals.

Adjacent to the dining room is the beautiful family room, completing the open floor plan. Enjoy a large flat-screen TV equipped with Comcast/Xfinity cable, or take advantage of the SMART TV features to log in and stream your favorite shows. With two comfortable sofas and a cozy chair, there’s plenty of seating for the whole family to relax and unwind. The sofa does also make out into a queen bed if needed.

BEDROOMS
All three bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated with beach-inspired touches and designed for comfort, featuring cozy mattresses, soft pillows, and quality linens.

The master bedroom includes a plush king-size bed, a flat-screen SMART TV, a spacious closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed, a spacious closet, and a flat-screen SMART TV.

The third bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests, featuring a twin-size trundle bed and its own flat-screen SMART TV.

BATHROOMS
There are two full bathrooms inside the home (each with walk-in showers) - one ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom and another full bathroom for the other two bedrooms

Located within the gated community of Venture Out Resort, this home offers both comfort and convenience—just a quick golf cart ride to the resort's own private beach access!

Venture Out is packed with fun for all ages, whether you're young or just young at heart. From relaxing days at the pool to active afternoons on the tennis courts, there’s something for everyone. St. Andrews State Park is right nearby, known for its wooded trails, jetties perfect for fishing, and even the chance to swim alongside dolphins!
