Come stay in our beautiful 4BR 3BA condo located on the 9th floor in the wonderful and conveniently located, Ocean Reef Condominiums. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and has a breathtaking view of Panama City Beach! There is access to the private balcony from the master bathroom as well as the living room. The second master bedroom has a king size bed as well. Both of the master bedrooms have private bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 4th bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom.

Won't stay in 901 again
We noticed damage in the master bath and reported it right away. Noone came to fix it. Not really a big deal. It was only the towel rack. We mainly wanted to make someone aware that we weren't responsible. The day after we checked in I reported the toilets not flushing correctly. I did not get a response so the following day was a Monday so I reported it again and the railing on the balcony was a little loose and was making a horrendous noise in the windy conditions. I was told it was sent to maintenance. Noone ever came to look at either issue. We plunged the toilets all week not even flushing paper! The noise every evening when we were in the condo from the balcony was awful. I would ask for a partial refund because I think that is fair but I don't think this manager cares enough to make it right. We have stayed at Ocean Reef several.times on our family trips amd never had any issues. This was a first and it was pretty bad.

Very nice overall.. I did have do some cleaning when i got there.. House keeping could do a better job.. The condo itself was nice, big corner unit with amazing views.. Everything you need for vacation.

Large beautiful condo
I was very impressed from the moment I opened the door on how large and spacious this condo was. The bedrooms are even very large and flowing. There is plenty of counterspace for cooking and entertaining. The outside deck is large and spacious. It was very quiet and relaxing. The security officers were very friendly and informative. I had read reviews prior to arrival about the parking situations. I drive a suburban with a top rack. The parking garage did not accommodate my vehicle so I did have to park across the street in a vacant lot. It was monitored by a security camera. The cleanliness of the condo was not up to the standard I thought it would be. We had to do some cleaning upon arrival before we started unpacking. There is vacuums available to be able to clean yourself while you’re there. You will need to bring cleaning supplies as there were none provided. You will also need to bring toilet paper as there was only one roll per bathroom, you will need to bring paper towels again there was only a partial roll in the kitchen, you will need to bring dishwasher detergent as there was only two pods, towel washing supplies again there was only two pods, Trash bags as there was only one for the kitchen and for the bathroom trash cans. You will want to double check your beds before you climb in. My son found a pair of women’s underwear under the sheets at the foot of the bottom bunk bed. Unfortunately, this was after he had slept in the bed a few nights.

Overall good
Overall clean, some maintenance needs to be done in bathrooms and tub drains, parking is different. The deck doesn’t have high clearance ( for those with suv or trucks) overall nice place. The communication is great rules are set nothing left hidden. I would recommend this stay to someone.

Ocean Reef is Awesome
Thanks for the stay! Room was great, couple minor issues, the bunk bed needs replaced due to it falling apart and missing bolts but still sleepable. The shared toilet between the 2 bedrooms needs repairing, nothing major just a handle and plunger. Other than that the room was well equipped and fantastic!

Brief overview
Spacious condo with a great view from the extra-large balcony. Cleanliness of the unit was an issue. Floors were filthy, turning our socks and feet black just from walking around the unit. The oven had not been cleaned. Fortunately, we did not need to use it except to heat biscuits. Dust was noted under the tables. The outside amenities were awesome. Enjoyed having both an indoor and outdoor pool. The sauna felt great. The parking garage was strange. I've never been in a parking garage that had a "wavy" (reminded me of a kid's roller coaster) path to the various levels. I was driving a compact car and still could not navigate a turn to the next level without having to back up and reposition the car to complete the turn. I would advise renters that there are no carts (like in every other condo or hotel I've stayed in, whether in the US or elsewhere). The unit provided 1 collapsible type wagon to bring in your belongings and groceries. Multiple trips were required for this family of 6 to transport their things. The unit did have some beach chairs to use in the condo. While I enjoyed the amenities and location, I will not stay at Ocean Reef again.

Enjoyed our stay!
Everything was perfect except for the stove. It would take a minute to get the eyes heated and the oven to start. The utensils, pots, and pans, can also be updated. Overall, are stay was wonderful.

Lovely condo, breath taking view !
This condo was very spacious and had all the amenities you could need. Beautiful view of the ocean , a workout room on site , a steam room, large hot tub , large pool . Security on site for the condo building. All of whom are so kind and helpful. Not to mention if you have any questions or issues you get a phone number to a person that will help you with anything that comes up.

901 Not Ready For Prime Time
Please think about SAFE/CLEAN part of this and others' reviews. 1. The 901 condo itself is fine. 2. Two of 3 elevators not working. one out the entire week. Had to lug everything from the 5th floor parking ... walk up 4 floors to the 9th floor. Elevator would not stop on 5th floor parking. Multiple Condo staff we chatted with noted this is a regular occurance.. Only 2 of 3 elevators work at any time. This is a Condo Association issue that has not been remedied according to the onsite staff. Those who do not want to walk steps 9 floors- cannot lug their supplies, DO NOT RENT as parking is on the 5th floor. CLEANLINESS. After 15 minutes in CONDO first day, feet were black. Obviously had not been cleaned/swept between guests. Mngt Company sent over a crew the next day to clean. SAFETY, oven desperately needs cleaning. Grease build up so bad, smoked, had to open windows and doors to get smoke out. NO FIRE EXTENGUISHER. This was reported in writing the day of occurrence - day 2. Crickets. Surprised not in code. Surprised mgmt company did not find this an issue. Could not use oven for duration of week stay. Never got back with us on this. Stove top, burners shot. Needs replacing. These were the challenges. On the upside, we have stayed at various locations over 20 years on PCB. Wanted to check out this end of PCB. Had the Condo been ready for Prime Time - Overall about 3 for overall value - location - size. Better Condos out there for the $
