BEACH FRONT 3 Bedroom & 3 Bathroom CONDO WITH AMAZING VIEWS!

Welcome to the Emerald Coast! Make memories in this 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo on the 5th floor. In can comfortably sleep 8 guest. Tropic Winds is located on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach. The condo has just been updated with new kitchen counter tops and a new stainless extra large refrigerator. All three bathrooms have been completely remodeled with new walk in showers and vanities in the 2 master bathrooms and a new tub/shower that has all new tile and new vanity in the 3rd bathroom. The entire condo has been repainted with new wanes coating in the main room. The living room has a 65 inch TV for you to enjoy when not on the beach. Enjoy complimentary Netflix and upgraded preferred TV channels. The spacious 10' X 28" patio is a great place to have breakfast & coffee, lunch or a relaxing dinner. Its a beautiful place to see the white sandy beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf. It also has newly installed ceiling fans to keep you cool on those hot days. From beautiful sunrises to the most impressive sunsets the extra large patio will make the most amazing memories. Occasionally you may spot a few dolphins! The low floor brings the view so much closer to you! In the Master Bedroom Suite is a King size bed with private walk-in shower and access to the large private patio. There is also a 46" TV for your entertainment. Wake up to the soothing and calming sounds of the waves from this low floor. In the 2nd Master Suite there is a King size bed with a private walk-in shower. It also has a 32" TV to enjoy. There are 2 double beds in the 3rd bedroom with a 32" TV. It has quick access to the hall full bath with combination Tub/Shower. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances is ready for all your culinary preparations. There is dinnerware to accommodate 8 guests. The dining table seats 6 with an extra 4 seats at the bar/counter. The laundry room is equipped with full size washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, broom & dust pan. It is conveniently located just inside the front door. There is one covered assigned parking space that will keep your car protected from the hot sun. There is extra parking across the street but it is first come first serve. We have a cleaning crew that uses Green Cleaning techniques. We want to protect the health of our guests as well as minimizing the impact on the environment. This is just the perfect vacation home away from home! So, bring your sunglasses and sunscreen and come for the Experience!!!

Perfect vacation!

Everything about the condo was great! The owner was super responsive when we had something minor pop up. Plenty of space and perfect for our family of 6! Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

3 years at the same place and same time of the year! This year we saw the large, adult sea turtle twice, and swam with it about 300 yards ( 6-10 feet from it ). We saw the dolphin jump up out of the water 8 feet and this year the body surfing was great one day! We were fortunate to have no jellyfish too. All in all another great time! As usual the place was clean, beds comfortable, and A/C nonstop! There were a couple of spectacular lightening storms at night! The Lord put on some wonderful displays! WE love the Schafer's Condo!

Home away from home

We had the best stay. Jennifer truly thought of everything to make our trip so much easier. The extra chairs and beach accessories were much appreciated. Everything was clean and ready for check in. Jennifer was a great host, and we will be back next year!

The condo was very nice! You could tell it had recently been updated. We had a beautiful view! There were plenty of beach towels and beach chairs for guests to use. Also, the 2 lounge chairs and umbrella was a big plus. It was so convenient being on the 5th floor and close to the elevator. We enjoyed our stay!

Beach condo

My family and I absolutely loved this condo! The location is fantastic! You are still a short drive from plenty of restaurants and pier park but also away from all the backed up traffic and crowds. We also had a slight issue when we arrived and Jennifer responded with in minutes. Will definitely be looking into staying here for our future beach vacations!

Great place to stay in PCB!

This condo at Tropic Winds was great! Perfect for our family of 4 & in-laws. This unit is overall very well maintained by owners & property management which probably influences the pricing (I thought it was too much considering it’s in PCB not Destin). The unit provided a lot of beach stuff which my boys loved in addition to extra beach chairs which were great (sit higher off the ground/easier to get out off when sunbathing). The free beach service for 2 lounge chairs, umbrella, & small table were awesome too! Please note— a member of your party will need to check in with the beach hut chair services peeps every morning. It’s first come, first serve so if you want front row, I recommend going down there before 9am (there is a line most days) to get your setup squared away! The only small issues we had during our stay was the elevator wait (a little long sometimes when there are only 3) & handicap parking.

A great spot to relax

Water conditions were a bit rough, but we had a wonderful time regardless. Loved the balcony, spent hours enjoying that. The place is nice, and was big enough for us, our daughter and her husband and their two boys, 11 and 12 years old. We had a ball!!!

Great location

The only problem was the parking. Parking deck was not made for a truck. Couldn’t make the turns without backing up and try again. There were only about 5 parking spots across the street that weren’t reserved. They were always full. Was not easy to find another place to park. The condo was nice and on the 5 th floor right by the elevator.

This is our second time to stay here. We have already booked our vacation again for next year. The owner provides all the information you need prior to your stay. Jennifer responds quickly to your messages. Everything you need is available in this unit. Everyone we met this week was very family friendly. It’s a quiet place.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was perfect. The balcony was an awesome gathering spot. Being one floor up from the parking spot made for easy in and out. Owner was responsive and helpful.
