Our unit is on the 4th floor near center. It has walkability and is steps away from the double elevators in center of building.

We also have a unit on the 8th Floor VRBO # 2180461

Added new dishwasher, washer/dryer, and mattress December 2021.
Renovated January 2020, new owners. Renovations include new flooring, furniture, granite, paint, trim, and balcony furniture.

Included in your rental is complimentary beach service, umbrella and wooden chair set. Our unit also includes two Smart TV's, both set up with Netflix, Hulu, and Prime Video for your enjoyment. As well as free Wi-Fi. There are cards and board games for those days or nights when you just want to stay in.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, large dresser, two night stands, and 32" Smart TV. It also has its own vanity area. There are two connecting bathrooms with entry from the master bedroom, for your privacy, and the hallway. The hallway has bunk beds separated by doors from the other living areas.

The living room has a modern beach feel. The couch pulls out to a queen sofa sleeper. It also has a love seat instead of the standard chair for plenty of seating. There is a 50" Smart TV with DVD player. A chester drawer is located in corner of room for your guest clothes so that you will not have to share your bedroom storage with them. It also holds the DVD player and any gaming console you choose to bring. There is a large table for four as well as additional seating at the bar if needed.

The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, full sized refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and electric can opener. There are plenty of pots, pans, bakeware, tupperware, and cooking utensils for all your needs. There is also an abundance of glasses, dishes, and silverware. This unit contains a washer and dryer for your convenience. Linens and towels are supplied but not replenished.

ALL THAT IS MISSING IS YOU, YOUR SUITCASE, AND YOUR BEACH TOWEL!!!

The Summit is located on Thomas Drive across the street from Hammer Head Fred’s and in walking distance to Go Carts, Miniature Golf, and Arcades. The Summit offers excellent amenities. There are lighted tennis courts, shuffle board, game room, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, saunas, and exercise gym, grilling area, and walk out matt to the beach as well as many others. Children activities, Sundry Shop, Bikini Bobs, and Tiki Bar are opened seasonally. The Sundry Shop has all your basic essential beach needs from bathing suits to towels, and awesome hand dipped ice cream. Bikini Bobs is great for meals when you do not want to cook or leave the complex. The Tiki Bar has all your beverages available.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday March thru September.
Must be 25 years or older to rent, no subletting allowed.
$20 resort fee (parking & wrist band) payable at check-in.

We enjoyed our stay. Its perfect location and great view. The unit was clean and ready for us. The host was very quick in responding all messages and questions. Everything was smooth. The only downside is about the building; the elevators don't always work and the staircase are not well maintained.

Winter escape

Wonderful property! Billion dollar view! Owner has every convenience covered. Just bring your toothbrush and a bathing suit. Had a few snags, but no deal-breakers. One thing to know, Almost EVERYTHING is closed until 2nd week in March. No Tiki bar, no beach service or chairs, no water parks/goofy golf, most bars/restaurants. But the good part was...very few people! 😁 I hope to be back next year!

Great Host, Don’t go during spring break

The condo we rented was great. Clean, great host, everything it advertised. We will never stay during spring break again. Tons of inappropriate behavior by teenagers especially with so many young children around. The cops were called to the resort multiple times during our stay and there were way too many drunk people being taken by security to count. There were young adults running the halls until 3-4am every night screaming and swearing Waking up the family. I’m sure the resort would be nice and family friendly other times of the year, but with our young children, it was not the place for us during spring break.

The condo was not cleaned properly and check in was horrible.

The property manager was very responsive and polite. The check in process at the facility was understaffed and rude. The condo was not cleaned well at all. The beach service had to be renewed daily. The amenities on the property were ok, but for some reason the cafe/gift shop never operated at the hours listed. Also, it was across the street from a gentlemens club, not kid friendly.

Floors were dirty, other areas could have been cleaner, the condo was really nice but could use taller toilets!! Not great for elderly.. We enjoyed staying there. The Summit itself has lots of issues, elevators were not working a lot!!! Desk staff unfriendly. We would stay in this particular unit again.

The rental was nice and clean. Beautifully decorated and I loved being right above the pool to sit on the balcony while the baby napped and my husband and kids played below. The first night of showering we noticed the tub drain had a clog from the previous renters stay and I contacted the owner that morning. He quickly had maintenance there to fix it. I would 100% rent from them again! The only complaint we had about our stay was the Summit's fault not the owners of this condo. The elevators are terrible!! So staying on the 4th floor right by the steps was a great choice! Not too many flights of steps to walk holding a baby. The only time I really had to deal with the elevator situation was if I didn't take the stroller and wagon down early in the morning. After 10am forget having a quick elevator ride down. The evenings going up was not too bad. The only reason I'm even mentioning it Is so other parents with strollers and wagons take this into consideration when choosing condos.

We had a great time. The room was just like the pics. Might want to check housekeeping and make sure they are mopping. When we walked without shoes on our feet were black from the dirt on the floors. Everything else was great. The owners super helpful.

Spring break 2021

We had a great trip! The Summit is a little louder than what we are used to, but it had so many convenient things on the property, like bikini Bob's, the tiki bar, and even a little store. We loved being on the 4th floor especially since the elevators was slow and some wasn't working. The room was great with everything we needed.

Winter Escape

We enjoyed the location of this resort and the PCB area. The condo was well equipped and cozy. The decor was pleasant with new flooring and granite counters. The owner was very helpful and did inquire if everything was okay. Although there was only the two of us this year, the condo has a bunk area and a sleeper sofa, and a full bath and a half bath. The pool was warm and the hot tub hot. The ocean is steps away. It was a delightful trip. I recommend this condo.

Would recommend for couples or families. Summit has everything you need on site and the beach chairs were a big bonus. Keith was very helpful and punctual in communication.
