This spacious Watercrest unit is a beautiful three bedroom, three bath beachfront condominium. It is perfect for a quick getaway or an extended vacation! With comfortable new furnishings, you'll find everything here to make your vacation enjoyable and relaxing.

There is no better place to enjoy all the offerings of Florida’s Emerald Coast. The dĂ©cor is elegant yet comfortable. This great eighth floor unit has TWO large gulf front master suites and a large third bedroom. Additionally, this unit offers an open floor plan with an expansive living and dining area. The newly renovated kitchen, dining, living room, and both masters look out onto the massive gulf front balcony that overlooks the the world famous white sands. This is one of the best floor plans on the beach with breathtaking 180 degree views of the Gulf of Mexico for sunrise AND sunset on your balcony!

Watercrest is an elegant eighteen-story high-rise with only ten condos per floor. The building has four elevators so there is never a long wait for an elevator. Park in a private parking lot adjacent to the building. Parking for additional vehicles is also available. Conveniently located on the 'quiet' end of the beach near St. Andrews State Park. Many great restaurants, recreational activities, shopping and golf courses are located nearby.

We stayed early June 2025. I worked with Jeff & he was very responsive to any inquiries I had. We enjoyed the space, super cute & it is about a 5 minute walk to the Beach! I didnt have any issues during my stay. But, if I had, I am confident it would have been handled asap.My only recommendation to improve the room is to upgrade / include a coffee pot that brews the k-cups ;) I would stay here again!

Stayed here for my second time and have to say it was even better this time! Loved the updates to the whole condo & the new furniture added. Great view of the beach & easy access to the beach! We loved this condo! It was spacious with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and had everything we needed for the week! The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. The beds were very comfortable which is very important to me! The balcony was so nice and had fantastic views! The beach is very easy to access! I would definitely recommend this condo!

Weekend getaway

Rented this for a last minute weekend trip and boy were we happy we did. Check in and access was seamless, which allowed us to get right out on the beach to watch the sunset. The unit itself is totally updated and was spacious for all 6 of us. The complex was clean, pool and hot tub was just the right touch. We would definitely rent this unit again, but hopefully for a longer stay. .

Great Location, Great Condo

We had 5 adults and 2 small kids here the week before Memorial Day and loved it. Spacious, well stocked kitchen and condo. Clean and functional. Balcony was amazing and had netting up which made us feel more comfortable with the little kids. Away from the traffic and busy beach spaces. Pool was great as well. We were so happy with our time here!!!

Lovely Week, Lovely Condo

My friends and I stayed 6 nights in this 3 bed/ 3 bath condo and the rooms were great. I am usually very picky about the bed and the beds were super comfortable. Really no complaints at all. Large selection of cups and silverware. We felt we had everything we needed. We have stayed in the complex several times before, but we added friends this time and we never felt crowded with 8 people.

The only problem we had was the elevators didn’t work for a couple of days with only one out of four elevators working it was tough, two of the elevators only go up to 6th floor and there’s 18 floors.

Nice roomy condo with beach view

Overall, our stay was very nice. The kitchen is well-stocked and has everything you need to cook meals. The decor is nice and beds are comfortable. The only downfall of this property is the elevator. For our entire 7 day stay, at least one of the elevators was broken and this really was an inconvenience at check out as it took 15 minutes to get an elevator. We enjoyed this part of the beach as it's not as busy as the other end of the beach. Property manager was very responsive to any questions we had.

Couple items needed fixing

This is a great condo in great location. Frige was dripping water from freezer to top tray in frige. and sink facet in kitchen was wobbly. TV 'S WERE Roku not a fan. But would consider staying again.

Fair, could had been cleaner. Elevators one or both are broken. You took my security dep several week out and I am told it will be two more week. This is bad.
