It`s also just steps away from the beach! Beach Dream Believer is perfect for a family vacation with plenty of beach town activities to splurge on.

Laketown Wharf Resort, in Panama City Beach, is in the heart of all the fun. It is located near many attractions, restaurants and water activities, with its very own private beach access located directly across the street. Laketown Wharf Resort holds an impressive reputation as one of the largest resorts in PCB. This property is situated along more than 50,000 feet of Lakefront Boardwalk and has a seemingly endless list of amenities to choose from.

- The parking garage clearance is 7 feet.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- The individual booking must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.

The room was nice enough but the front desk was not helpful and rude. I did not like that there were not any luggage carriers available unless you left your drivers license with the front desk and those were awful and could not even carry a suitcase. This is a huge place and very hard to get everything to your room without a luggage carrier. This is not a review of the room as the resort. Overall, it was a good trip.

Excellent condo and location

We came down of all times during senior week, my son graduated high school and stayed in the same area so we came to celebrate with him. It’s a very busy area, which we knew to expect. The location was perfect and close the everything, even walking distance to the beach, food, entertainment etc. Walmart is across the street which was amazing. The room is exactly as shown and laid out perfect. 5th floor makes it very easy to get around during peak seasons as they have a catwalk from the parking garage on the first few floors (elevators stay busy). Just book this room, you won’t be disappointed

It was ok. Washed my clothes and then the dryer didn’t work had to pack it all wet. 20 minute wait for elevators. Couldn’t use the balcony neighbors smoking the stinky stuff.

Excellent condo, needs better cleaning!

I could have easily given 5 stars if it were properly cleaned, or if at least we had been accommodated in some way for the inconvenience of having to clean it myself. Dirty sheets late at night were the worst part. I would however stay again bc everything else was perfect. Looks like the pictures, has gorgeous views of ocean and lake and convenient location!

Great home!

The condo is a beautiful home with great decor and modern accents. The layout of the condo was spacious and perfect for a small family. The amenities were a plus however the beach was so close that we spent most of our time in the ocean. Attractions were within 15-20 minutes and we had access to a grocery store with in 3 minutes. The check-in process was great and our questions were answered quickly via text. Spring break is definitely a busy season be prepared for a bit of traffic on the main areas. Overall- great experience! We loved our condo and if possible we will rent this place again!

Nice Condo

We loved the condo. It was nice that each person had their own space. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. We loved how clean it was and because it was on the 5th floor we didn't have to use the elevator to unload and load the car. We also had an easy walk to the beach. Our only complaint is mattresses on the beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. They need to be replaced. Also there are smart TVs but no cable.

This place was great , the only thing was I didn’t see the email for the code to the door so I had to wait for email I think spending 79$ for a wrist band is very unnecessary and a waste it don’t give u a discount to anything and nobody check for it. The dryer in our unit had an weird odor to it . But other then that the location was close to everything my family had a blast!

We had a great stay overall! The place was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, and pans—everything we needed to cook and eat in. A few small things could really improve the experience, though: there were no basic cleaning supplies for the countertops, and only one dish soap tablet, two laundry pods, a single roll of paper towels, and three rolls of toilet paper for the entire week. It would also be helpful to have access to a broom or vacuum for quick cleanups, especially with kids. One of the bedrooms could really use a blackout curtain—the sun comes blazing in first thing in the morning. And while the kitchen was stocked with essentials, it would've been nice if a few basics like salt, pepper, or condiments were available. Still, the space worked well for our trip, and with just a few small additions, it would be an even better stay!

The Condo was great. everything was as listed with great views of the Gulf on the balcony side and the pond with nightly light show on the entrance side. Excessive Property Managment rules were not fully disclosed. until after full payment was made. I reached out asking questions via the message board with no response regarding visitors to the property and parking and ultimately was told that I could not have any visitors. Had this been disclosed when initially asked I would not have stayed at this property.

Our condo at Laketown Wharf

Just like last year our stay was quite good. There were some issues with cleaning, which I took care of myself (the vents, on top of the fridge and microwave). This unit could have used painting in some areas as well. Overall it was satisfactory. Everyone was quite helpful when we did ask for something. A few things were missing (at least for us) like a salad spinner, dish mat, kettle. The washing machine worked well but the *clean machine light did come on. Perhaps this could be addressed on a more regular basis so this doesn't happen. Really, these are minor things and only mentioned as you did send us this survey. We were however not happy when (twice) our place was entered by various people (while we were inside) without them knocking. It was quite a shock for us to see them just come. We don't think this was appropriate. We are hoping to return next year.

I didn't expect this

We already stayed in this room in April of this year. We liked the room and decided that next time we would definitely stay here. We were so disappointed when we arrived here again!!! The room was very dirty. The floor hasn't been washed for a very long time. There was hair everywhere, dust had accumulated, debris and dirt stuck to my feet, the toilets were dirty from the previous occupants (I don't even want to say what I observed there), the kitchen countertop was covered in debris and crumbs. I want to tell you that this room needs to be not just cleaned, but thoroughly cleaned: wash the windows, doors, baseboards, cabinets. On the first night at 2-3 o'clock (I don't remember exactly what time) a siren sounded, which scared us very much. We ran around the rooms for a long time, not understanding what was happening. In short, this holiday left a negative impression. We will not stay here again and will not recommend it to anyone.

We tried to book a room on the 15th floor but didn’t get it booked in time, we found this one next, and at first were bummed it was on the 5th floor but it actually worked out better!! The view was still amazing, the best part about being on the 5th floor was on days the elevator was busy it didn’t kill us to take the stairs! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (we cooked and baked), we loved the decorations, furniture and everything else about the condo! Pools were great and the walk to the beach was super easy! Family of 5, we had plenty of room! Suggestion: Leave the hallway light off or the bugs find their way in. It was on when we got there but we turned it off the first day and didn’t have a problem after that! Would definitely stay again!!!

Great beach view

We love staying at Laketown Whatf. The only thing to make it easier on everyone is to fix the elevator issue. Staff was friendly and helpful. We have no complaints. Jason answered our messages quickly-we appreciate that!

Awesome condo

Very nice condo, loved the view of the lake walking into our condo. Can see the beach from the condo and the walk to the beach was not bad

Best vacation in a long time

The check in process was quick and easy! Security was not harassing people like other reviews suggested. They simply checked for the parking pass & wristbands as we reentered the property one night. The 5th floor had easy access to our room from the breezeway. Didn't use the elevators much but when we did it wasn't a long wait.
