RĂšgles

More the 4 guests will be a $125 charge each and must be approved in writing before check-in. More than 4 without approval may result in eviction.
Do not leave sliding glass/entry door while AC on. Damage will occur to unit and humidity will cause mold growth. You will be charged for damage.
Due to condensation issues with interior pipes and ductwork, we ask the AC unit be kept at 70 degrees or higher while occupied and 76 when departing.

The condo was very nice with everything provided that you needed for your stay. It was equipped with everything you needed if you didnt want to leave yet close enough to many places if you felt like going out while still being peaceful. The property grounds were very well kept and the beach was gorgeous. The host was very welcoming and very responsive to any and all questions i had during our stay.

We love the location! The view is fantastic! Randy responded to our questions during our booking and communicated quickly. They supplied everything we needed except the food and drink. Well stocked. Dishes, pots and pans, Drip 10 cup coffee maker, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, mini shampoo, conditioner, soap. Towels, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards etc. We saw some people complain in their reviews about things that need updating, while that might be true, for things that have nothing to do with comfort and they are doing updates when the unit isn't being reserved a little at a time and as a former vacation rental owner, I totally get it. There were plenty of luggage carts, the elevators worked and were pretty quick and the grounds were clean and well maintained. The pools were fantastic and one is heated, plenty of pool chairs and pool side bathrooms are clean and nice. We will definitely be back and recommend to our friends.

I selected this condo because it’s the only one I could find on the beach that was pet friendly. The condo was amazing! Exactly like the photos. My host Randy was so kind and responsive to a couple of questions I had. Furniture and bed was super comfortable and it seemed like we were at the more quiet end of the beach. 10 stars!! Can’t wait to go back in June!!

BEST value for BEST STAY

This private community condo was more than I expected for the money spent. 2 beautiful ocean view pools, huge balcony with ocean front view as well! Condo size is massive compared to a hotel with plenty of room for everyone to feel spaced out. Loved the indoor hot tub, doggy area with bags! And the ease of getting to the beach. No complaints what so ever it's such a beautiful beach front condo all around, nothing was missing. There are even plenty of luggage roll carts! Thank you host!

Nice PCB Stay

Plenty of parking and there were big luggage carts there to take all belongings in one trip to the room. Good location right on the main strip. Place was clean, roomy, and decent looking. Nice size kitchen that had everything we needed to prepare meals. Just need to replace dirty kitchen mat. Bedroom had comfortable king size bed, but tv remote was not working in the room. Bathrooms were clean, but the shower knobs need to be bleached or replaced because they had built-up mold inside of them which didn’t look appealing. Facility had several bbq grills in a nice clean area which we utilized and the pool area was lovely. Loved the beach view from the balcony and there was quick and easy access to the beach. Beach area was clean and not crowded considering it was Memorial Day weekend. There were several places to rinse off the sand from the beach and the pool restrooms were clean and stocked. I would come back here again, especially for a quiet couple getaway. Look forward to coming back.

We loved this on the beach condo. Close to good restraunts, St Andrews Park, the Marina. Quiet end of the beach, a lot less traffic. Randy Jones (our host) is the best! Thanks so much Randy🩴

Great location

Location of property is about a mile away from the more crowded areas of PCB. It is an older property, but well maintained. It was a great experience for our son’s first trip to the beach.

We just left Randy's condo in Panama City Beach and once again, it was a fantastic stay! This condo is perfect for our family, and we look forward to coming back every year. We have been staying at Randy's condo in Florida every year, and it is absolutely perfect for our family! The condo is always impeccably clean, and Randy is incredibly attentive to all our needs. The view is stunning, and having all the amenities available is such a bonus. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Highly recommend! Definitely 5 stars!

Wonderful location outside of all the main attractions! Amazing views. Private beach access so it was never crowded! Condo is older but still was great! Overall was a great, relaxing experience!! Already planning to come back next year and stay at the Pelican!

Great experience

I have stayed at Pelican walk many times over the years. I found this listing on VRBO and was very excited that it was available. Being on the 2nd floor near the elevator was very convenient as I had my mom who uses a walker and my 2 year old grand daughter. The host was amazing !! We had great communication and he even provided early check as he was aware of the situation with my mom. I would highly recommend!!
