DETAILS: La Vida Loca is a gorgeous 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Gulf-front vacation home in beautiful Panama City Beach. The sugar-soft sands and turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast are always just steps away—and all of the land-based excitement is nearby as well. Guests will enjoy the 6-seat Low-Speed Vehicle, 5 adult bikes, 2 paddleboards, and complimentary beach gear, allowing you to explore all that the area has to offer!

La Vida Loca has 4 stories and can accommodate up to 14 guests. The first floor features 2 king bedrooms that share a bath with a shower/tub combo. Steps away is a large ground-level deck with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating and spectacular views of the Gulf. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea as the sun comes up, or a barbecue when the sun goes down.

The living area is on the second floor. Here you’ll find a gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless-steel appliances, plenty of counter space for meal preparation, and a breakfast bar that seats 4. Guests can enjoy their meals at the large 10-seat dining table adjacent to the kitchen. Steps away is a laundry room and half bath.

Access to a balcony with sweeping Gulf views can be found off the kitchen and dining areas. The living room offers two sofas, 4 comfortable armchairs, a fireplace, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a wet bar, making it the perfect place to gather for vacation movie night. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow for abundant natural light.

The third floor boasts 3 cozy bedrooms. There is a spacious primary bedroom with a king bed, a private bath with a shower and separate jacuzzi tub, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and access to a balcony overlooking the Gulf. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and access to a balcony, also with spectacular beach and Gulf vistas. The fifth bedroom is ideal for kids, as it comes equipped with queen-over-queen bunk beds, as well as a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The primary bedroom and the bunk room share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The fourth floor, or crows-nest, includes a queen sleeper sofa and wet bar with access to a balcony overlooking the Gulf. Ideal for sun-down cocktails and a relaxing end to your day.
