Enjoy your vacation in this gorgeous penthouse unit with stunning ocean views! A short 2 minute walk with private access to the worlds most beautiful beaches!

Recently updated with new furniture and décor throughout the main living space including a large sleeper sectional sofa that can accommodate the entire family and an amazing 70 inch television! Room for 6 at the dining table, additional seating at the kitchen island, and a fully stocked kitchen including new cookware and Keurig. Plenty of space to relax on this large patio with lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs and a 4 person table. In the unit you'll find amenities including a beach wagon to enjoy during your visit. This condo is remarkably clean and well maintained.

Laketown Wharf Resort has something for everyone! Amenities include 4 large pools, 2 hot tubs, a kids pool, and putting green. Enjoy views of the ocean from the fully equipped fitness center. The resort offers several onsite dining options as well! Whether your in the mood for sea food, burgers, sandwiches, tacos, or something sweet, Laketown Wharf has it all!

Softball Nationals

We’ve been to the beach multiple times, but never stayed in a condo. Quite a haul to the beach, but Pineapple Willy’s is 1/2 way there. Willy never disappointed us. The Penthouse, 21 stories up, is the best view you can buy! Great accommodations, nice living quarters, calming surroundings, and, the balcony! The BALCONY! Peace & good mojo out there!

The view was amazing. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The resort is walking distance to the convenient store, pineapple willys, Walmart, and the beach. The elevators were a nightmare. The unit was exactly as listed. The owners were very responsive.

Loved the view!

The condo was perfect for us! We took a room, my teen had the other room, and the littles loved the bunk room! The condo has a great view. The weather could have been better for our stay but we did get 1 sunny day! The only comment I would make is mayb add a broom lol but walmart is within walking distance. We loved it
