This cozy, low-rise condo is on the 3rd floor and includes an elevator and free on-site parking for up to 2 vehicles per reservation. Sunny Daze sleeps 6 guests and features beach views from the master bedroom balcony! This condo is centrally located to Pier Park, Aaron Bessant Amphitheatre and 30A in the opposite direction, making it the perfect place to stay for events like Gulf Coast Jam, the Seabreeze Jazz Festival and more. This condo is one your family will want to return to year after year!

We offer beach equipment service or equipment rental that we can leave at the home for you. If you need a beach umbrella, beach tent, beach wagon and/or beach chairs, let us know and we'll give you a price and leave them at the house for you.

Additionally, we offer baby equipment rental, like high chairs, Pack N Plays, etc. and you may let us know in advance if you need to rent any of those item's.

Great spot at the beach!

This house did not disappoint! Tucked away from the busy road so very quiet, but still close enough to beach access. The walk is not bad at all and we were doing it with a toddler! The Alvin’s island is walking distance also and comes in handy when you want something to do if it’s raining. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfy. The house was very clean also. We had so much fun we asked to stay another night! The host was always quick to respond with any questions. If you’re looking for a good spot that’s walking distance from the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of PCB this a great option!

Relaxing Getaway

First of all Liv is absolutely amazing ! She was always there from the time I was asking questions about the property and anytime I needed to reach out to her during our stay . The location is as it shows - right across the street to the beach , you can sit out on your private balcony and enjoy a beautiful view. This area is so quiet, we enjoyed everything about our stay . The condo is very spacious and the kitchen has everything you need as if you were at home . We will definitely be reaching out to Liv again in the future .
