We look forward to sharing our 2nd home and our escape from the stress of life with you and your family/friends. Each time we travel to our condo, we enjoy the peace and natural beauty of our “little pocket of heaven” located on the the white sandy beaches and emerald waters on the Gulf of Mexico. Our condo is gulf front and located on the 7th floor in the middle of the resort! The 7th floor is a great location at Tidewater, just the perfect height. You can see fish and dolphins swimming in the water almost everyday. Simply gorgeous and rejuvenating.

As you enter our condo, you will notice a bedroom on the right and a bedroom on the left of the entrance hallway. Both bedrooms have hardwood floors, king size beds and private bathrooms. We consider both of these bedrooms master bedrooms. Both have full baths attached and 32 inch flat-screen smart LCD TVs with cable. One master has a shower/tub. The other a stand up shower. Our unit also has a bunk room perfect for the little ones (we officially are not allowed to call it a "bedroom" because it has no door or closet). The bunk beds are twin sized beds. The third full bathroom is by the bunk room and has another stand up shower. Our condo sleeps 6-8 comfortably (including adults and children) Perfect for family and loved ones!

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter-tops and 3 bar stools. The kitchen opens up to a dining area and family room. Includes a new microwave and coffee pot. The dining room table has 4 chairs with a 5th chair in the unit with plenty of space for all. The sofa is a pull out queen sleeper bed made of white sunbrella material and is hidden with a comfortable slip cover. There are also two comfortable accent chairs for even more seating. The kitchen, eating area and family room all overlook the Gulf! The family room has a new 42 inch, Smart LCD TV with DVD player and cable. The balcony has seating for 4 and is a great spot for relaxing while overlooking the gorgeous beach. The balcony floor was recently painted and has newly purchased cushions on the balcony chairs. Our home has other upgrades including a new dishwasher purchased in 2021.There is also a new washer/dryer as well as a refrigerator/freezer for your convenience, both purchased new in 2019.

Upon arrival, we had an issue getting in that was quickly fixed by the owner and he offered us free late check out for our trouble. The condo is very clean but is lacking the homey feel that I like when I visit a property. With some updates, I would rent again.

Location was excellent close to different things to do. 4 Star followed up during our stay to ensure our vacation was up to expectations. Place was very clean and accommodated our needs nicely. The two bedrooms had king beds one with a firm mattress and the other with a soft one. It worked for us but it is good to know ahead of time.

The location is very convenient. Everything from the staff, the lobby to the room was on point! Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Definitely planning another trip in the near future (hopefully) and staying in the same room. My kids and I loved it!

Great Girls getaway

The six of us graduated high school together 40 years ago. We vacation together at least once a year and get together once a quarter. This was a good property to enjoy being together. It's close to the "Y" and the traffic flow is less there here.

The 2nd week of my stay 6 of 8 elevators were inoperable. I'm left side paralyzed and was on the 7th floor. The staircase had no lights. That situation lasted a week. I had a toilet that needed to be repaired. On my final week there was a water main break so i was without water for a couple days then i left afew days early because of that situation. While down there i drove to the office of "Four Star condo services and spoke with the manager about being compensated in some way and was told I'd have to wait until the end of my stay so we can calculate what my loss could be, i will be following up with them.

Property was very well maintained, everything in room was clean and great. One remote had dead batteries an someone was sent up very quickly to fix. The view was beautiful, did notice there are security on the beach and asked us to move our umbrella up legit 5 inches , Only issue we had was the sliding glass door was harder to open , and the middle elevators was slower, we went to the one at the end of the hall and was much quicker.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was super clean . The check in process was easy. Only complaint I have is the elevators. They were extremely slow and had to wait long periods of time. They really need to fix this problem. Hard to take to toddlers up and down 7 flights of stairs.

Great condo

The condo was nice and as advertised. Beautiful views, gorgeous beach. Owners were friendly and responsive to all our questions. Had to wait on elevators for a bit, but that wasn’t anyone’s fault, simply the busiest time of year (mid-July). Since condo was on 7th floor, taking the stairs was an easy alternative to slow elevators. Great condo for the price! Would def book it again or recommend to friends.

Just a warning before you stay

Never be in a hurry to get any where at this property. Anytime we needed an elevator it took a long time. One wait was almost an hour. Im okay with the stairs, but my mom who has a cane could not walk down 7 flights.

Be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting for elevators up to 40 minutes each time you get on! Also beach is very crowded you have to get up early, before 7, to secure a spot if you’re getting beach chairs and umbrella with your unit you have to stand in line everyday to request your chair and none of front row chairs are available so you end up way back on the beach behind a lot of people

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was roomy. Loved the King Bedrooms, bunks and the 3 bathrooms. However the King mattresses need to be replaced (worn out). Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. Elevators are slow or not working like most high rises. 7th floor is perfect view and height. The beach lounge chairs included is fabulous. Four Star Condos offers great rates. Would stay again.

PC Rental

The leasing agent needs to prepare the renter for the check in process at Tidewater. It is confusing & very aggravating. The doors to the balcony are extremely heavy & hard to open. Televisions had Roku so was confusing. But mainly Condo Complex check in process should always be explained.

Had no issues with the rental management company FourStar Condo rentals. The resort itself was the issue. 30 minutes to an hour for an elevator. Pools where in need of cleaning all week. Clumps of hair and other trash floating in it everyday. Would suggest that the resort go to a staggered check in as it was a nightmare with everyone only being able to check in at one time. Something to also consider when renting that I did not, the fact that the parking garage is on the opposite side of the street. The only walk over is on level 2 of the parking garage, so if you are not parked on level 2 then it is another elevator wait to be able to get to condos. Not a deal breaker, just an FYI for other renters.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was absolutely wonderful. It was very spacious and clean. The main room could use a new mattress it rolled me and my husband up like a taco every night, but was otherwise comfortable. The elevators are extremely slow! I am not one to complain, but talk to everyone who has ever been here. You will wait sometimes and hour to get on the elevator. With that many rooms they definitely need more elevators. The only other thing is the beach chair service is a little rude. They start taking chairs up before 5 and don’t even give you time to move your things before they yank them out from under you and start throwing sand all over your things. If they got more elevators then I would stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Tidewater many, many times and have also booked with Four Star quite a few times. We arrived at 3pm to a vacant (and ready, as we were told) condo, but they wouldn’t let us go in one hour early without paying a $50 early check-in fee. Once we finally got in, the room was very outdated. The hot water heater comes on anytime you run hot water which was very annoying and very loud. There were no clothes hangers in either closet, nor any storage space except for a few dresser drawers. This was very complicating for a family of 5. As usual, the elevators were terrible at this resort. We likely will not stay here anymore.

Panama City beach condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was old and could use some updates but was overall fine. We didn’t have any issues. The beach was beautiful as well. The resort however was very frustrating. Elevator wait times were absolutely ridiculous. 15-45 minutes was common, especially during check in/out hours. It took us an hour and an half after we were packed and ready to go to check out because of this. I would hope during a slower time of the year this wouldn’t be such an issue but it made our stay very difficult and inconvenient. Also the condo only comes with 1 set of 2 beach loungers and it was $60 a day to rent another pair. Also absolutely ridiculous. If you have more than 2 in your party then I definitely recommend bringing chairs. Overall just too many issues with the resort for an unremarkable condo.
