Some of our favorite things to do when we visit the beach, besides playing on the sandy white beach, are to put the kids in the stroller and walk down to the Sugar Shak in Rosemary Beach for a sweet treat, walk across 30-A to view the local artwork or enjoy a nightly band, and stroll down to Alys Beach for dinner at George's. You will be amazed how close you are to everything!

Just perfect for our family!

We enjoyed our time at the beach and the condo was wonderful. The location is great and everything was as advertised. We made so many memories together as a family. The ocean was so calm and the most beautiful turquoise color. We love this spot on 30A and will definitely be back!

A really great place to stay.

This place was the perfect location for our family getaway. We loved the quick jaunt to the pool and beach and pickleball court. The ramp on the beach access stairway was helpful for our wagon. It was convenient to have ice cream, Starbucks, and a few restaurants across the street. The communication with the host was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Beach Trip

We loved this condo. Our story started right after we booked the trip, we were contacted by Donna within a day or 2. She was super responsive on the run up to the vacation and during our trip. The place is beautiful, great furnishings and location. The complex is amazing, in the middle of everything. Also, you can only come on property with a wrist band, which makes it nice. The pool was never packed and the beach was the same way. We will be coming again.

A wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! The owners were quick to respond to questions regarding check in instructions and our key code being reset randomly. We do have a few suggestions for making it better - there was only one roll of toilet paper in each restroom so having a few more on hand would be helpful. The majority of our wristbands were also not working properly so those might need to be replaced! Overall, we loved the location and ease of staying at the condo!

Fall break 2022

The property and location were perfect. Perfect size for our family of five plus my parents. If I had to say one thing that was considered negative it would be that our security bracelets didn’t work all the time to get in and off of property. It was actually an issue for several guests staying there. However there was always someone around to help us out. So it really didn’t affect us too much. The owners were great, super responsive. All in all it was a great stay!

Wonderful beach vacation spot!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is beautifully renovated and decorated. The view is better than the pictures show- you can see the ocean easily! This condo complex has a great location in Rosemary Beach. We loved having a restaurant on site to get drinks and lunch. We will definitely be back and would rent the same condo again in a heart beat!

Very clean and updated unit

The unit was exactly as described - newly updated, very clean, and had all necessary amenities. Location is very convenient being directly across from Starbucks and restaurants, and right near Rosemary Beach shopping. Pool was great - big, perfect for kids, and clean. It was closed two of the mornings for scheduled maintentance that we did not know about which was disappointing but out of anyone's control. I would recommend bringing a noise machine (or having one in the condo) since you can very clearly hear conversations from the neighboring condos. Loved that chairs and umbrella came with unit. A necessity for this part of the beach.

Beautiful condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was well appointed and a great location. Live music every night across the street, great pool and easy access to beach. Crabby Steve’s was super convenient by the beach as well. Would absolutely stay again!

Great Experience/Lesson Learned

We loved the location and the property was really nice as well. It was very clean and nice and low key. The owners were responsive when there was an issue with the wifi and it was resolved quickly. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! Lesson Learned
 They give out access bracelets for each guest to use the property. Be sure to take a picture of the number provided when you arrive as well as the number you leave behind so there is no question. It costs $50 for a replacement bracelet so the count matters.

This property was awesome. The location is the best with walking distance to shops and restaurants. Owners were very responsive when needed. I loved that we had 2 chairs and umbrella at the beach. Perfect.

Beach goers dream was a dream!

The location and neighborhood on 30A was wonderful. The beach was amazing. We had three days of double red flags beach was closed, we enjoyed renting bikes and riding around the area. Loved the live music across the street nightly, some nights we went over to the pavilion to listen and other night we did feel like going out we could just sit on the back balcony and enjoy it from there. Donna was very responsive and great with communication. The unit was beautiful, so well decorated with a relaxing beachy vibe. The kitchen was well appointed, all be it a bit disorganized inside cabinets took a minute to find things. Honestly the only thing I needed and couldn’t find was a pizza cutter. Cleanliness was acceptable, very good overall, but could use some extra attention to detail to really make it 5 stars! Little things the cleaning crew may have overlooked
empty water bottle underneath a bed, hairs and mouth wash inside bathrooms drawers, glass on the sliding glass door had some finger/hand prints. The condo was very spacious for our family of four! The beds were so comfortable.Our biggest disappointment was the pool, not heated so it was literally like an ice b
