Top of the Gulf is an established 8 story complex

Enjoy a front row beach view in our newly renovated ground floor studio condo, no elevator, and steps away from the beach.   Condo has one bathroom with full sized tub/shower, custom-made king-sized bed, queen sleeper sofa, beach view on bar height dining table, new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, fully stocked kitchen, walk in closet, coffee bar, 50" smart TV, cable and wifi provided by association.  Relax in the bar height patio chairs on the attached patio.

Top of the Gulf offers an on-site seasonal snack bar with a roof top patio for dining, cocktails, and spectacular sunsets.

Your reservation includes one set of complimentary beach chairs and umbrella set up during months of March through October

We are within walking distance of Signal Hill Golf Course, family fun activities, and restaurants.  Thomas Drive offers pontoon boat rentals, Sea Screamer Dolphin Excursion, fishing charter rentals, St Andrew's State Park, where you can hop on a shuttle to Shell Island, Dolphin cruises and more.

One-time resort fee is required per stay, $30.00, paid to resort upon arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Panama City Beach! The unit was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything but still on a quiet stretch of beach, which made it perfect for relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and check-in was smooth and easy. We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we visit PCB!

It was a beautiful, cozy, place to stay and perfect for my husband and I. The decor was gorgeous. It was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The access to the beach and pool was easy and loved that it came with chair/umbrella rental. Would definitely rent again.

Everything was great - exactly as pictured and described. Condo was very clean and didn't smell musty or over-bleached, just clean. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The area was quiet and there were no bright lights outside at night, shining through the curtains. Short walk out the patio through the pool area to the beach. The beach loungers and umbrella were good to have and Jordan was very helpful & friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful room with great location

The way this was decorated was beautiful. Great weekend getaway for me and my husband. Has everything you need in the room. The chairs with the room were a plus. We will definitely be back. Oh and the snack bar was a plus also!!!! Would highly recommend this place.

Love the beach

We loved our stay so much that we plan to only stay in the same condo each time we go from now on. It was so cozy and the decor was so beautiful. The mattress and the pillows on the bed were amazing and comfortable and thats always a plus with me. The staff and owner were amazing and everything was so clean. We cant wait to visit again.

Get Away Weekend

The property is everything it claimed to be in the listing. It has a great view of the ocean and is within walking distance to the beach. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. This was our second visit, and we are already planning future stays.

Wonderfully relaxing

We had a wonderful stay! It’s just a short walk over the dune to the beach and being able to watch the water laying in bed or on the patio in the morning with coffee was wonderful. The decor is so pretty and everything you need is provided!! Pamela answered any questions right away
