Gorgeous beachfront 3rd floor condo with private balcony. You are DIRECTLY on the beach! The room has 1 Queen bed, 1 full bed and 2 swivel chairs. It also features a full kitchen with a with toaster, blender, microwave, stove & coffee maker(drip & Keurig). We are within walking distance to Pier Park and many restaurants. Coin operated laundry facilities on property. On site we have a Beachside café and seasonally heated pool!

Enjoy meals at the kitchen table with a fully equipped kitchen, including a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, blender, and drip coffee maker (filters provided).
The condo has one Queen bed and one full bed with a wonderful view of the Gulf!
Enjoy watching your favorite shows on the 43” Smart TV.
A full bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a hair dryer for your use.
We also have provided you with an iron and ironing board.
There will be a charge if these are not returned to the unit at your departure.
There is a private balcony with seating that faces south for a beautiful view of sunsets each evening.

Some important information you should know:
• No pets allowed
• The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the unit the entire term of the reservation.
• SMOKE FREE PROPERTY. This includes in the condo and on the balcony. There are designated SMOKING AREAS on property. There is a $250 clean up fee for any violations and may result in eviction.
• Please try to keep as much sand out of the unit as possible by using outdoor showers. The sand can clog drains
• Housewares and furnishings are all inventoried by unit. Please report any broken items so they can be replaced. Willful or malicious damage to the condo or its contents will be the responsibility of the renter
• Please do not feed birds. This is a Florida State Law and could result in a large fine and causes a mess for you.
• Pool hours are 8 AM until 10 PM. No lifeguards are on duty. Swim at own risk. All minors must have an accompanying adult.
• Grills are available at the west side of the building. No grilling is to take place in any other location.
• Quiet time is between 10PM and 8 AM
• Minors are not allowed to consume alcohol anywhere on the property

clean, comfortable bed, beautifully decorated, the closets & cupboards have absolutely everything you could possibly need on your vacation. the view is amazing. a million dollar view right from your bed. steps in the sand away from the most beautiful beach. close (walking distance) to great restaurants, bars, and shopping. The host was so easy to get ahold of and was quick to answer any questions. i highly recommend this unit. The pool was great also. Memorial Day weekend

The room was nice. It looked like it had recently been remodeled. Balcony overlooking the beach. Walking distance to great food. Close to the Pier which had shops and things to do. Shuckums was a long wait but the food was delicious. Had plenty of chairs to rent with umbrella. They did have chairs in the room to use. You might want to take extra shampoo and conditioner.

Overall stay was wonderful. Meghan was very helpful and quick to respond back. It was a great location and walking distance to pier park or a quick drive. We enjoyed Diego’s Mexican and margaritas bar, barefoot hideaway and Dusty’s oyster house; all is an absolute must to try.

Great location and quiet

Great location on west side and quick access to beach with beautiful balcony view for sunsets. Very safe and away from the larger crowds. A comfortable and quiet nights’ rest with plenty hot water anytime you want to shower. Need to pack extra shampoo and conditioner.
