Pictures do NOT do it justice!!!! Let your Luxury vacation begin at Tropic Winds located in west Panama City Beach. Tropic Winds is one of the most recently completed Panama City Beach resorts in the area, this is a new condominium with all new furnishings and finishes. Tropic Winds is a 164 unit property with four floors of private parking (reserved space for unit 1101 on ground floor near elevators) with additional parking across the street.

This Luxury unit is equipped with a key less entry system, Led HD TVs with a Blu-ray player in the Living area and both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV's with built in DVD players.The Master bedroom has an I-pod docking station/alarm clock. The unit features complimentary cable TV and Wi-Fi access, family games, separate laundry room with washer and dryer, elegant dining area, and a spacious lounging area (leather sleeper sofa and love seat). For your convenience, there is a folding luggage cart located in the laundry room.

Relax on our luxurious pillow-top King size mattresses in BOTH bedrooms (2), making your vacation comfortable and restful. The leather sleeper sofa has a Queen mattress for your additional sleeping needs. Each bedroom has a private bathroom.

This East End unit is designed and furnished with beautiful furniture and inviting coastal colors. Every room has unique appeal that will delight you and your family. Loved the condo. Check in wasn't what we expected. Room not cleaned on time. Check in was to be 4pm but they did not get the room cleaned until 8:30pm. Also no parking pass until the next evening. BUT the booking agent made it right for us. Was very helpful getting the room cleaned. Did everything she could for us. Location was great. Would like to see a small air fryer for quick snacks otherwise best equipped kitchen we have ever rented. Overall satisfied. Very quite place.

First times a charm!

The room was superb, best one in our group. 1st floor parking a plus also. We felt that activities like shuffleboard, corn hole, vball were missing. First time in the area so we would have also liked to be within walking distance of more restaurants/shopping options. Quiet resort was a plus. Also met some very friendly people.

Great Condo

This is a great condo, very clean, there was a little delay with our check in due to the cleaning lady not being done before check in time. Condo wasn’t ready by 4 o’clock so we had to wait an extra hour. Owner called and made it right with us. Also we used a grocery delivery service and they had trouble delivering to our condo on two separate occasions and weren’t able to deliver until after we were there. The delivery service said they usually do not have that many problems. Other than that condo was nice and fully stocked. Overall was a good stay!

The condo was excellent. It was very clean and has nice furnishings. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need . The bedding and towels were exceptional. The balcony has plenty of seating with a large table.

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect stay for us (2 couples, 1 eight year old). Kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The location on the beach was perfect. Close to 30A and Pier Park. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious corner unit with a huge balcony!

Love Tropic Winds! Convenient parking for one car on first floor. Pool is okay but you’ve got the ocean. No stairs to beach. Condo was clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Comfortable sofa and chairs. Huge balcony with beautiful views. Great price. Would stay here again for sure. A few recommendations to make this place even better: 1) the shower/tubs are very slippery so some solution there, 2) the ice maker wasn’t working but there’s an ice machine on site so we managed, 3) a lid on the trash can is needed, and 4) a couple of lounge chairs would be nice for the huge balcony.

Amazing place to stay

My entire family stayed in this condo and it was fabulous. So clean and the beds felt amazing. The balcony is definitely the best part. You are stocked with all kitchen items for eating so that was a big plus! We love staying a little farther from town because it’s not so busy here! Overall awesome place to stay and we will be back!!

Perfect beach condo!

This condo is awesome! The colors, furniture, and decor are lovely and nice. We do not cook at the beach, but every cooking utensil/dish/pots you need to prepare a meal is available. The balcony is a great size, and we loved the end unit. Our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Melissa was extremely kind and helpful.

Wonderful place

We enjoyed our stay! Melissa was great, quick to answer any question or concern. The property was nice, clean, and convenient. We loved having the parking on the lower level where we could keep all of our beach items and step right out to the beach. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay again!
