There is a community dock with access to Lake Powell, largest Coastal Dune Lake in North America.
This property also borders Camp Helen State Park.
The Community House and Pool are situated right by the Lake and there is an extended dock where you can launch kayaks and canoes or just sit by the dock and watch the beautiful sunsets.

Four bedrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor.
Master, additional guest room, and Bunk Room are on second level. Nice covered front porch to sit on and also a covered side porch.
