This four bedroom, three bathroom condo with a bonus room sleeps up to twelve guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. The second master also has a king bed with queen sleeper sofa and has it's own private bathroom and the third bedroom boasts a queen bed. With the bonus room bunks and queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room, the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Our condo was FILTHY. There was half drank liquor bottles, someone’s underwear was left in the drawers, the dishes were dirty, there was trash under all the furniture, two of the security guards literally wanted to fight me because I needed my sons crocs from the splash pad. They told me it was illegal to get them because it was lightening and they refused to hand them to me until I yelled back at them. We had no remote for one of the tvs, the washer had a horrible odor, the dryer didn’t dry, the balcony chair was ripped and dry rotted, and there was a paper that said something about getting banged in the bedroom. One of the worst condo experiences in my life. Not worth a penny.

Security No fun zone

The condo was nicely decorated, although lacking in basic amenities such as adequate cooking essentials, beach towels, soap to wash your hands etc. The pool was supposed to be heated and it was not. After speaking with guests that had been there for the month of December, they had said that the heater had been broken for weeks and you received a different explanation of what the reason was from the “security guards”. Only one hot tub really worked while we were there and it also has issues with not having enough water in it by the end of the day and no one in maintenance was around to correct any of the issues. Although it is nice to have “Security” they nitpick every single thing you do while at this property. It felt like we were sent to a boarding school with the long list of RULES. If your hope is to come and relax in the hot tub with a few drinks (even just water) and to let your kids play in the pool I would highly recommend going somewhere else. We did however meet a lot of very nice people and LOVE the beach, we just will not be coming back to this location unless the “security” (which felt more like prison wardens) eases up ALOT! I understand being more strict during peak seasons but we come during the “off” season to be able to relax in warmer weather than back home and to have a good time. We LOVE PCB and chose this location because of the 4 bedrooms, heated pool and the 2 hot tubs yet the pool wasn’t heated and only 1 hot tub was working properly

Great location and condo

Overall the trip was great. Clean condo, beds were comfortable, great location, great view, great restaurant on site, etc. The only complaint i would say would be that the kitchen was bare minimum with things to cook with like pots and pans and the ones provided were tiny and the teflon was scraping off. So we unfortunately had to go spend money and buy pots and pans to cook. The dryer knob was also broken so we couldnt turn on the dryer. We called maintenance and they put in a work order but never showed up so that stunk. I also emailed them to let them know for future guests. They said they would fix it so this is a minor issue and probably wont be an issue in the future. Overall the stay was great and i would come back. I just wish the property management company, maintenance and cleaners would check supplies and to make sure things are working periodically so they could be fixed and replaced. I also wish maintenamce would be quicker at responding to work orders.

Wonderful Vacation Property!

The condo and location on Panama City Beach were wonderful! The layout, furnishings, and amenities were perfect for our family. The swimming pool, restaurant, and store on the property were all fantastic. The security team was so professional and attentive, creating a welcoming and safe environment. We will definitely stay at this location again in the future and highly recommend it. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience!

This unit is nice my only complaint would be there are two doors for entry I was given a code only for one which was the bedroom. I called the property management and they issued me a code for the main door as well. Problem was resolved quickly. This unit is very nice!!

Nice place-few issues

Overall a very nice place but here are the issues we had. 1. I know we were there during a holiday ( New Years) but there was no one but the guard shack on the property much at all. Especially on New Years Day 2. It rained New Years Eve so then on New Years Day, heated pool and hot tubs were closed the whole next day because no one was on site for maintenance. I understand it was a holiday, but someone should have been there to fix the chemicals. Our kids were VERY disappointed. 3. The kitchen was not stocked very well. It had very little dishes to work and cook with and it didn’t even have a blender. We bought stuff for daiquiris and then couldn’t make them !!!

Great Space

Greeted by security at gate upon arrival and informed of steps to get "checked in". No need to stop in anywhere. I already had the door code. Parking passes and wrist bands for pool area were in the room. Plenty of space for our party of 5. Having the 2nd separate but attached unit was nice for the in-laws, but we only had access code for their exterior door, not for the main unit. We had to enter thru their room to get to the main unit. Inconvenient if they were in bed already. Not a big deal. Great beach views from both balconies! We really enjoyed ourselves, but this unit is starting to show its age. Couches were badly stained, kitchen cabinets are peeling and kitchen could use a restock of basic cooking items, ceiling fans need replacing. We had a great time and would recommend to others.

Yes it was 4th of July weekend., but seriously fireworks three consecutive nights two on premises, for over one hour. Cannot reach housekeeping till 9 am, no bath towels in any of the four bathrooms. Not everyone receives a parking pass, with three couples in room.

Beautiful and comfortable

Once the property manager cleared up the confusion about the unit number (reservation was for unit CO912; actual rental was C912 & C911), we enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful, view even more so. If I could change one thing, I would put the code on C911 rather than enter through the bedroom in C912.

We stayed in this condo during spring break. My family brought my grandmother for her first trip to the beach. The ladies at the front desk were amazing, and very helpful throughout our entire week. We actually decided last minute to stay an extra night. We will definitely stay at this resort again.

Love Panama and we did love staying at Boardwalk till this time.

Awful experience!! Contacted management next door several times. Nothing was ever done. 1. Hot water tank TP valve blowing off hot water. 2. Hot water tank leaking out of the top as well. Running into wiring. Could easily not trip a breaker and cause an electrical shortage or shockage. 3. Hot water tank pan was full of molded water where tank and TP valve has been leaking. Molded smell was horrible. 4. Vent above toilet in middle bedroom bathroom leaked so bad you would get soaked if used. Pulled vent cover out to put towel inside and cockroaches came out as well. 5. All toilets constantly ran and both master bedroom bathroom toilets made very loud noises throughout the night. 6. Middle bedroom tub/shower held water and would not drain causing family to not be able to use and or shower in 3-4inches of water. 7. Washing machine has to be done during daytime. It made such a loud noise it was impossible to sleep if we didn’t. 8. Shower door in master suit leaked water very badly. 9. Also in master suit the first hand sink was stopped up and wouldn’t let water go through. 10. Upon check in (after 6) next door at hotel side we got our check in paper work and received the wrong code to the condo. Had to set in hot hallway till we made contact and finally got the correct passcode. 11. Middle bedroom tv didn’t have a functioning remote to tv. Spent thousands on this and so so disappointed. First time our whole family had gotten together on vacation since the kids was all young and to have this happen was very very unacceptable!!! Never once did someone call us back, come by to look at things, and or help us in any way. I guess I need to call City Code Enforcement and other lawyers to let them know what kind of filth and hazards this company is providing for the public. Unfortunately, The Brewer Family.

Love the complex! The unit was poorly furnished and decorated. There were limited amount of pans ..

The property is beautiful and amenities plenty but the unit we stayed in had older furniture in living area.. tables were old and peeling just worn out .. bedspreads were old and seemed like they had not been washed in a while.. limited pots and pans.. older carpet.. baseboards dirty .. no pictures or decorations in bathrooms and very few throughout Condo..

We had numerous issues. Will management did make efforts to compensate it was still inadequate.
