IMPORTANT INFORMATION
*Walton County regulations require all doors leading to private pools to have an alarm that sounds when the door is slightly open (ajar). This alarm needs to be manually turned off when exiting the pool area. Due to this safety requirement, the accordion doors cannot be used by guests.
*This is a peaceful community. To ensure everyone's enjoyment, weddings, parties, gatherings exceeding a reasonable number of guests, and guests of guests are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the property, forfeiture of any remaining rental fees, and potential fines from the HOA, community, and 360 Blue.
