Contemporary design meets laid-back beach style at Brighton Carriage House— a bright and airy loft home with a picture-perfect Rosemary Beach location. Located just a quick 2-minute walk from both the Gulf of Mexico and the sparkling Coquina community pool, you can spend the morning building sandcastles on the beach and the afternoon practicing your backstroke in the pool. You’ll also be a short stroll from all the delicious dining, coffee shops, and boutiques in the center of Rosemary.

The eye-catching facade of Brighton Carriage House has earned an award from the American Institute of Architects. Stunning steel beams frame the classic carriage house exterior and provide shade and privacy to the outdoor terrace. Inside, you’ll find a tranquil and chic apartment with city-like loft vibes and stylish industrial design elements.

On the main level, natural light floods the great room with bright South Walton sunshine. A comfy sofa and armchair face the flatscreen television and create the perfect space to relax with a glass of wine and a movie at the end of the day. A spiral staircase with a metal railing leads up from the living area to a loft bedroom with a wood cathedral ceiling and a full-size bed. The kitchen is small but mighty and includes everything you need to brew the morning coffee, pack up some snacks for the beach, or prepare a delicious dinner. In the mornings, you’ll want to take your mug of coffee and the morning paper out to your private, screened-in terrace and listen to the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico.

The one bedroom features a queen-size bed set against a gleaming natural wood storage area, complete with charging ports. The full bathroom is custom tiled from the floor to the ceiling and has a tub/shower combo. There’s also an outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy toes, and a full-size washer and dryer in the garage.

Brighton Carriage House is well-suited for small groups of four people or less. And if you’re traveling with children, they should be old enough to be able to safely climb the spiral staircase into the loft bedroom. If you need a little more room, the spacious and elegant Brighton Cottage is right next door. But rest assured the carriage house is completely separate from the cottage and offers total privacy and independent amenities.

Guests of Brighton Carriage House also have access to bicycle rental, a fitness center (fee), tennis courts (fee), and a salon & spa.
