2 KING SIZE Beds plus custom made bunk beds and a sleeper sofa . Pillow top deep mattresses on BOTH platform king size beds that are just the right height for comfortable entry equipped in both the traditional master and the spacious guest room, perfect for 2 couples or 2 families traveling together. Each bedroom with flat screen TV's. Private custom made bunk-room with decor suitable for adults, young singles, kids complete with a LCD TV. Regular couch in living room.

Open family/dining/kitchen combo. Both the master bedroom and family room open to an oceanfront patio balcony complete with high rise deck chairs for optimum views of the ocean, pier, beach, and seasonal fireworks. Professionally decorated by interior decorator to make this feel like an upscale beach spa resort. Besides a full size kitchen ready to stock for your delicious meals and snacks you'll find everything you need to cook a meal except the food......pots, pans, utensils, serving bowls, utensils, plates, electric mixer, electric chopper, blender, etc. Even so, the restaurants make the trip outside the Calypso worthwhile for every meal.

The balcony has balcony height bar stools (2) and a table that can seat 2 for any coffee or cocktails.

There is no closer condominium or hotel to Pier Park. It is possible to fly into PCB, take a shuttle to this condo for approximately $25 and never need a vehicle the entire time you are here.

Two free beach loungers complete with one large umbrella available each day provided FREE from March 15 to October 31 (approximately). Need more chairs and umbrellas? Two folding chairs and a portable umbrella are provided as well. A full size cooler to take to the pool or beach is also provided. You must bring your own pool or beach towels.

Rainy day? No problem. No need to leave the condo, we have four high definition flat screen TV's. Both master bedrooms (32”) and the bunk room (19” inch) and a fourth 47” in the living room all equipped with cable. Or visit the 16 screen 3D IMAX Theatre within walking distance in Pier Park (check hours). Wi-Fi for unit included.

Come to relax for a week, guys fishing or golf outing, family vacation, couples for romantic getaway, honeymoon, anniversary, well chaperoned team players for sports tournaments, triathlon participants, bike week (we have covered parking for your bikes) this is the place for you. Lampshade on the head partiers won't find this to suite their tastes.

This is a non-smoking unit with no pets allowed. Must be 25 or older. Saturday to Saturday rentals during summer season. Parking for one car is FREE...parking for second car is $60.
