Celadon charges a $45 fee per month, per car for your parking pass. You must purchase prior to arriving. Purchase details are provided prior to arrival.

A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. The VRBO/HA service fee will not be refunded. This is not my fee. Cancellations or charges that result in a shortened stay that are made within (30) thirty days of the arrival date forfeit all monies. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

Latitude Adjustment is a beautifully appointed condo with all the comforts of home. The owners were great to work with & we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful!

Perfect place! It was just as the pictures in the listing, had everything one could need. Communication was terrific and we would, most definitely, stay there again.

Perfect stay

Easy check in and it is exactly like the pictures. Umbrella and beach chairs were great! Vickie sent information quickly. Beautiful views! I would definitely stay here again.
