Any individual renting a unit within the condominium must be twenty-five (25) years of age. The Association has the right to demand proof of compliance with this age restriction from any entity including the owner, tenant or rental agency.

PARKING

Celadon charges a $45 fee per month, per car for your parking pass. You must purchase prior to arriving. Purchase details are provided prior to arrival.

A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. The VRBO/HA service fee will not be refunded. This is not my fee. Cancellations or charges that result in a shortened stay that are made within (30) thirty days of the arrival date forfeit all monies. Our stay was excellent! The owners were very responsive with any questions we had about the condo. Their unit was beautifully decorated and looked like the pictures. It was evident they really care about providing a comfortable stay for their guests. We loved the Celadon property ! It was very well kept , clean and quiet. The parking garage was easy to access and no waits for elevators. The only recommendation we might make is replacing the king mattress or topper soon for a bit more comfortable nights rest.

The most amazing sunsets!

Loved everything about our stay here! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Vickie was very responsive, though we didnt need much as we didnt have any issues. Best part was location and proximity to the beach. From the 19th floor, you get the most amazing view of the gulf where we spotted dolphins and sting rays and, THE SUNSETS are unreal!! Just like a postcard! When you go down the elevator, you come out right on the beach! Very easy access for our family. The beach chairs and umbrella service was very convenient but we also brought our own set of chairs and umbrella for added seating and shade. This particular spot along the beach was not as busy compared to different spots further east or west. Really lucked out as we didnt feel like packed sardines. Kids loved playing in the sand and jumping the waves. And of course, sunset walks down the beach were a highlight. There are 2 pools on the property which we used one day when the beach was closed due to high rip tides. Grocery stores and many restaurant options were a close drive. Overally, it was a great vacation and exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be visiting again!

Beautiful Condo and Beach

We enjoyed our first family trip to PCB in this beautiful condo- loved the views of the beach and watching the sting rays. The check in process was a breeze and communication was very easy (and organized) by the owners. Would definitely choose the Latitude Adjustment for future trips to PCB.

Exactly as advertised

So many times properties no longer look like the online photos but this isn't one of those properties! This condo looks exactly as advertised. It is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. We spent a lot of time on the balcony when we weren't on the beach. Having beach service has become a must for us after many years of dragging our children's "stuff" to the beach. Just be sure to check in with the beach attendant to have him assign you a spot. You cannot pick your own chairs. The only thing I might pass along to future guests is that this condo has no small/everyday convenience items like scissors, rubberbands, salt& pepper, ect. This didn't impact our vacation at all, just something to know before arrival. We also loved the location. It is far enough from the hustle & bustle to be a little quieter but still very close access to shopping and restaurants. It was also very nice having covered parking. The sun in Florida is no joke! With 20+ stories you might expect long waits for the elevators but that is not the case with this property. There are three elevators so we never waited more that a few minutes at most. We also had zero issues getting a luggage cart, coming or going. There are plenty of them at the end of the walkover. We didn't access the pool across the street but the one by the beach is amazing! Even with children playing there is plenty of room to cool off after a day in the sun. I just wish there were more chairs available around the pool.

I don’t have enough amazing things to say about this property! The unit is exactly as pictured and photos do not do the view justice! Vickie was so responsive (and had great restaurant recommendations), check in process was a breeze, and the condo was immaculate. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful stay!

This condo was just like the pictures! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked. It had a very comfortable bed! The patio was private with a great view. The beach chairs and umbrella included in the rental is a huge savings! We loved the quiet location. The owners responded quickly to us when we needed them. They were great to work with! We will definitely consider coming back!

Wonderful Anniversary Stay

Ahh! I literally cannot say enough good things about this condo! It exceeded our expectations! It was beautifully decorated! The view

Very nice

Very clean, very easy communication with owner. We love it. We had everything what we needed at that time. Only little tiny things, it’s just me, I wish the sheets had no scent at all, sensitive to detergents and softeners scents.

Great stay!

We loved our stay at Celadon! The unit was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated both the beach service that came with the unit as well as the extra chairs if we wanted more space. The location at the West end of PCB is quiet and peaceful, yet a short drive to anything we needed! Loved our week at the beach!

Family Spring Break Trip

The condo was just like the pictures. Very clean, nice, and well equip with everything we needed. It is on the less busy side of PCB which was great for our family but still close enough for to go and do everything. Vickie was wonderful to work with and answers promptly if you need anything. My family has stayed all over FL and your condo was one of the best. Thank you Vickie for sharing your vacation home with us! We can’t wait to return!
