Coastal Cottage is coastal luxury without the gulf front pricing. It is located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico with one of the largest pool and outdoor areas around. Every inch of this home was renovated in September of 2024. It has 5 bedrooms that includes a private bunk room with 4 large built in bunks. All 3 bathrooms have new tile showers with sliding glass doors. One of the bathrooms has a new tub as well. The shiplap ceiling thru out the house along with the LVP flooring gives the house a comfortable beachy feeling.

Coastal Cottage sits almost in the middle of the mile stretch of Surf Drive on a corner lot of Albacore and Surf.

It is within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. It is within walking distance of the "New Tootsies" being built on the old Spinnakers site. The St. Andrews State Park is straight down Thomas drive about 5 miles as are all of the large marinas in Panama City Beach.

The large parking area has plenty of room for a boat and trailer or a trailer for your bikes. Parking is an issue almost everywhere in PCB but not at Coastal Cottage.

The decorations, colors and decor of the house were chosen by a decorator who has done numerous properties in PCB. You feel like you are at the beach but in a luxury setting. The house sits in between walkways 19 and 20 to the beautiful sandy beach of PCB. You can be on the sand within a couple of minutes of the time you leave the driveway so no long hauls with all of your beach equipment. A beach wagon is
provided to make the trip to the beach easier as well as numerous beach chairs. Once you return from the beach you can wash off with the outdoor shower that has both hot and cold water.

You come to the beach to be outdoors and the outdoor area around the house on all sides makes you want to stay outside for hours. Very few houses have both a pool and hot tub but they are located in the back in one of the largest outdoor spaces available at the beach. The whole area from the sides and back of the house are fully enclosed by a beautiful vinyl fence. There is an outdoor cooking area with a gas grill as well as outdoor tables and chairs. The house sleeps 18 people and all of them can easily fit in the area around the pool without being crowded. Pool dimensions 10' x 16' x 4'

Inside there is a large dining table as well as a island bar area with swivel bar stools. Once you open the front door, the space is open all the way to the kitchen and family room so the area easily accommodates your whole group. There is a large screen TV in the family room with cable to watch your favorite show or ballgame.

The kitchen with granite counter tops and beautiful cabinets and stainless steel appliances make it easy to cook for your large group. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare your delicious meals. The large kitchen island make it easy to serve the whole group.

Each bedroom is wonderfully decorated and has a ceiling fan as well as a TV. Most bunk rooms are not private but the one at Coastal Cottage is. It has a beautiful sliding barn door. There is a door on each side of the house that opens to the back enclosed area.

Minimum booking age 25 for primary renter. For college/young adult groups, primary renter must stay duration of booking. Each guest under 25 will be charged a fully refundable $100.00 damage deposit.
