The primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony access — wake up to the sound of waves and endless ocean views. A second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the bunk room includes twin-over-full bunk beds that comfortably sleep adults or kids alike. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional accommodations.

Parking & Wristband Information:
- Parking: On-site garage parking is available for $50 per vehicle (not included in the rental price). Guests are responsible for payment. Limit 2 spaces per unit. Pre-registration link will be sent 3 days prior to check-in date.
- Maximum vehicle height for parking garage: 6' 8"
- No on-site parking for oversized vehicles, scooters, rentable mini vehicles, boats, or trailers
- Wristbands: Required for access to resort amenities and available from the concierge for $5 each.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
-No Smoking Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.
