Cozy Beachfront Townhome

Enjoy this newly remodeled Waterfront townhome with direct beach access to the white sugary sand and the cool breeze of the Gulf Waters. This townhome has all of the amenities needed to indulge in rest and relaxation of the beach life during your stay. Since this location is away from the touristy condominiums, the 100’ walk from patio to the beach water makes for a peaceful stay without being crowded by other beach goers. Umbrellas, beach chairs and coolers are provided to keep you comfortable and in the shade, Jet Ski rental is a few steps down for those who want to take a cruise on the emerald ocean waters.

Along with the high-end new finishes on the interior, this property is in an amazing location for the nightlife or taking the family out for entertainment. Within a short walks distance there are nicely finished bars with pool tables, live music and tasty beverages. For the younger groups there is a go-cart track/ large arcade and putt-putt course with-in a three-minute walk from the townhome. In addition, from those attractions is a sling shot to shoot you a hundred feet in the air for the thrill seekers. With the entertainment attractions comes many restaurants in the area.

We had a great stay! The location is incredible, We didn't even want to leave to go eat out so we stayed and cooked there at the townhome. The view is amazing and the beach is only a few feet away. The owners were communitive and helpful even after we left and had a question. my two little girls are already asking to go back!

The beach access was exactly what we wanted. I have a disabled daughter and this was perfect for her to be able to see the Ocen and beach from the back porch. And a added bonus was there was beach toys and beach chairs available for us to use and a large table and chairs on the back porch for the whole family to have lunch and enjoy the view. Thank you again and can't wait to come back again.Also all beds where very comfortable.

Sweet Spot to enjoy Ocean

The location and over all property amenities are great - we loved being few steps away from the ocean and be able to go back and forth without worrying about saving or losing our spot at the beach. One thing that could have made this reservation "priceless" probably investment into better mattresses - or at least a memory foam toppers... The current mattresses took away from the experience leaving us tired and with body aches in the morning. As a side note, the traffic in the area is absolutely horrible - you can lose hours from your day trying to get to a store few miles away. Therefore - plan accordingly.

Loved this Cozy Beachfront Townhome. The place was spotless when we arrived. Kelsey was responsive and very kind. The pictures are spot on. Easy walk straight out the door to the beach. Great views and close to many attractions and restaurants.

Don’t sleep on this gem

Very clean and excellent location. Not that we spent much time indoors, but the appliances are top notch, the beds are comfortable, the living area is fit for a crowd or a couple, and the view is beautiful. The patio and direct beach access were everything we wanted. This place at this price is unbeatable. Plus, Kelsey communicated quickly and easily. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Clean but need maintenance

All rooms very clean, kitchen/fridge/counters floors and bathrooms all exceptionally clean. These things made us comfortable in the stay to a point, on the negative the living room furniture is deeply stained and in desperate need of professional cleaning or replacement, same with the patio furniture, weather ridden and not kept up, we could not use the patio furn. Other minor issues kitchen cookware all rusted, stairwell rail and other fixtures in need of painting. Having said all that, overall our stay was pleasant because of the general cleanliness, it hard to find any rental clean but this one did the job, but the furniture and kitchen ware was off putting. I would consider staying here again if these items were addressed.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed for 6 nights and loved the place. It is right on the beach. The beds were comfortable. I always get a back ache sleeping in other beds and didn't here. The place was clean and centrally located making it easy to get to stores and such. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance too. I would definitely rent this place again.

Best location

We enjoyed our stay here overall. The condo was nice. The outside patio was very dirty though. We were not able to use any of the furniture out there. There were cats that would lay all over the furniture and then leave hair all over it. We spent most of the first morning trying to organize and clean up the patio. All of the boards and chairs left were either broken or too dirty to use as well. Luckily we brought all of our own boards and chairs so this did not effect us. The write up does say something about not needing to bring those things so just forewarning the next renters. The walkway to the beach also could use a little work. When you stepped off the steps you could smell cat poop immediately. There was cat poop all throughout it and burrs that were very pocky so shoes were always needed to walk in the sand which was a bummer. The walk to the beach was very short which was great. The condo was clean. The kitchen was stocked. Bathrooms were stocked. The beach was perfect, not super busy which was a huge bonus!

Great location

This was our second time visiting PCB First time in this house would highly recommend staying and would stay again. The property was great just would recommend a few upgrades on patio doors and patio furniture. But definitely won’t stop us from coming back. Owners were great to deal with .
