Wake up to breathtaking Gulf of Mexico views from your private balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee or watch the sunset paint the sky in vibrant colors. *Tidewater Beach Resort charges a resort fee for 1-bedroom unit: $35 + tax + credit card fee. Total $39.59 and includes up to 2 parking passes and up to 6 wristbands. Wristbands required for all occupants over age 12. You must register online and pay for parking and wristbands for your stay. Registration information will be included in your check in info that will be emailed 7 days prior to your arrival date. Please be aware that Tidewater's parking garage has a clearance of 7 feet.

Gulf getaway

The condo was clean, the couches were comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. You can not beat the ocean view. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends and family.

We stayed there this past few days. Really cute and cozy for a family of 4 . Clean room had a lot of things in the kitchen and bathroom. Would do it again!

The room was very clean and the perfect size for our family of 4. The view from the balcony was amazing! The owner was quick to respond to any issues we had. The only downfall of this resort is the elevators. They are fast but always full so sometimes we had to wait a while to get on.

Great place, very clean, second bedroom was vwry small but appointed well with shelves and a fan which helped. Elevators were always a long wait but that can’t be helped. The one by the door was almost always full going down so try to book bringing stuff down at off peak hours.

Tidewater is great as far as rooms, amenities, and beach. I will not be staying again sadly due to the elevators. I expected to have some back up on the elevators due to busy season and 30 floors, however waiting 50 minutes to leave the 10th floor to go to the 2nd wasn’t expected. At one point during check in the line was back up to the walking tower from the elevators. One elevator was down & the service elevator was the most efficient. Other than this, our stay was great but sadly we spent most of it waiting on the elevators.
