Free Beach Chair/Umbrella Service (March 1-October 31) Exterior Construction Improvements around the resort will be on-going through March 2026. Enjoy the white sandy beaches along the Emerald Coast on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico when you book our beautiful 2-bedroom, 2 full baths condo that sleeps 8. This condo is equipped with a full kitchen and supplied with everything you will need to prepare meals when you come in from a long day on the beach. Enjoy amazing ocean views from the balcony just off the living area or wake up in the master bedroom with king bed or the 2nd bedroom with two queen beds with full windows for the amazing views as well! In addition, the sleeper sofa, sleeps 2 comfortably! Our condo has a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay. All furniture is new! Condo 1203 is located in Tower 2 on the 12th floor - very close to the Lagoon Pool. Four beach chairs and two umbrellas are provided in the condo for guest use.

When you stay here, you may enjoy all we have to offer, such as the beachfront view, 3 community pools, a hot tub, a poolside restaurant that offers sandwiches, snacks and drinks.

There's so much to do here in PCB when you book with us! Stay on the beach and enjoy the sand and water, go parasailing, deep sea fishing, swim with dolphins, golf, paddle boarding, rent a jet ski, play mini golf, go to Wonderworks for a fantastic fun time! When it comes to what you'll be eating down here, you're in good hands! If you decide to dine out, you're in for a treat! There's a great amount of amazing traditional food and seafood spots throughout the area! We are actually located just down the beach from the world famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and Bar.

Beautiful condo with stunning views!

Online pictures do not exaggerate thus beautifully decorated condo with absolutely amazing views! Check-in process as well as set-up for beach time was seamless. We really enjoyed our time spent in the condo as well as our time out exploring the restaurants, shops and bars. Every meal was delicious & the cocktails were fabulous. Will definitely hope to return to PCB sometime soon!

Chilly But Great Spring Break

We booked the condo for me, my husband, our college age son and his friend. The condo bedrooms are spacious with their own full bathrooms, and each has access to the balcony with beach view which was perfect. Kitchen had all the necessary items for cooking and enjoying the space. It's always nice to have basics in a condo like salt, pepper, sugar, and coffee. The pools and hot tubs were great. Beach access super easy. Elevators were quick and easy to get. The Hangout was a great place to grab drink and meal, nothing fancy but super convenient. Location of condo was great with easy access to a lot of places nearby. Loved having sunset view every night. Property overall was nice. Security was friendly and easy to navigate, and they made sure we had our condo wristlets on. Spring breakers weren't disruptive at all, and we were able to enjoy our week there.

Great condo!

This was such an awesome place to stay while in PCB! The condo is HUGE, very stylishly decorated, and everything was extremely comfortable….wthe furniture the beds, etc.The amazing sweeping views, of the world’s most beautiful beach, from the living room and bedrooms took my breath away every time I saw it lolI would definitely stay here again if I ever am lucky enough to come back to Panama City!

Everything was excellent. Great communication. The condo was clean, and the location is perfect. Beds were soft. Nice furniture. Kitchen was stocked well. This unit is close to the elevator, which is very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Stay in Panama City Beach

The location of this property is excellent, on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The accommodation is very good with both bedrooms facing the ocean, which is a big plus. Parking is easy (though there is a charge for an extra car). Everything worked well.
