- This property allows one dog but the breed & weight must be approved prior to booking. If approved, there is a nonrefundable pet fee of $150.

- Beach towels are not provided so please pack your own.

- You will receive a digital welcome guide from us approx. 3 days prior to check-in.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding.

- Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed inside or outside on the balcony. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping you will be charged $500.

- This property is dog friendly; breed & weight must be approved with our Reservations staff prior to booking. A nonrefundable pet fee of $150+ fee tax will be charged for one dog.
