MariSol 801 is a beautifully decorated 1500 square foot, 3 bedroom Panama City Beach gulf front condo that provides a great backdrop for a family fun vacation. When you step into this condominium residence you know that you're in a vacation spot designed for a memorable family vacation: great views, big rooms, well-equipped, beautiful beach, large pool and a location that’s convenient to everything.

But let’s start with what makes this the perfect spot. Step out on the balcony and the first thing you’ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf. MariSol is built close to the beach so you get stunning views of the beach and water. Just look at the balcony photos and picture yourself relaxing with your morning coffee out here. In fact, you’ll want to bring your binoculars along so that you can enjoy watching the dolphins playing in the water. It’ll feel like you can reach out and touch them. You'll want to spend all your time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west. A great spot at the end of a great day.

Every room in MariSol 801 is special. The living room is well appointed. It features a comfortable sofa twith a love seat alongside. The photos show how roomy and comfortable the living area is. There’s a big screen TV to enjoy too! Plenty of room for the whole family.

The open gourmet KITCHEN area is well equipped and gives you great views. Plus, it features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets. It’s fully stocked so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing mac and cheese for the kids you’ve got everything you need to please the family.

The DINING AREA comfortably seats six and offers beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.

The MASTER SUITE features luxurious KING bed and private bath. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closets. You’ll notice the 32" big screen TV /DVDE. that makes for great viewing when you’re relaxing after an activity filled day in Panama City Beach. You can step out onto the balcony from the MASTER SUITE which is really nice.

The SECOND MASTER is equally well appointed with a KING bed. And plenty of space for everything you’ve brought to the beach. This large bedroom is a great hideaway with lots and lots of room. There’s also a 32" flat screen TV in this large SUITE.

The roomy THIRD BEDROOM is furnished with a QUEEN size bed and a 32" flat screen here as well.

The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

These bedrooms along with a comfy sectional sofa allow the unit to easily sleep 6 comfortably including 2 complete baths. Master bath includes walk in shower with a separate large tub and guest bath is a shower/tub combo.

Great unit - 2nd time staying here and probably will again!

This property is very nice and the unit itself is very well appointed and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed for a fun family spring break. Beach is just steps away and not too crowded. This is a great vacation spot!

We had a wonderful time at this condo unit. Super clean, very nice up to date furniture & appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very nice, especially the master, it was spacious. Views are incredible as well. The only drawback I would say about this complex is that it’s right next to a public access for the beach but other than that it is an incredible unit.

Everything was wonderful. If i had to critique, it would be about bedding. Pillows were pancakes and an extra blanket would have been nice since it was cooler weather. Kitchen sink and dishwasher had a funky smell. Overall great experience

July 2023 Vacation

It’s a beautifully decorated and clean condo with an amazing view of the beach. We had a family of 6 adults in the condo. We had lots of room to move around. The condo comes with covered parking for one car and 1 parking pass for Marisol’s small over flow parking lot that is across the street from the Marisol building. There is a pay for parking lot near the overflow parking that charges $12/day. There was a house keeping and maintenance issue when we checked in. I called the housekeeping number, everything was taken care of the next day. Management was great in responding. My family will rent this condo again.

Beach Trip

First of all the Marisol is an extremely nice place to stay, 5+ stars out of 5. It offers everything a beach vacation requires. Beach front, clean, good location to the PC amenities, etc. The 10 floors vs the mega condos on either side offers an orderly and enjoyable beach each day vs the chaotic arrangement from properties on either either side. I would recommend the beach chair rentals, they place the chairs at the waters edge and protect your space. We ate at several restaurants all exceptional food. A little pricy but it is vacation. Harpoon Harry’s we still talk about the great food and Chris our server was excellent. My only complaint was the Panama City’s management of the rip tide issues during the week’s stay. They closed gulf water access at the beach for the week. There were several isolated rip tide drownings which all seemed to be in the same general area of the beach. The beaches were well patrolled and protected by police to keep people out of the water. My question is why not repair the isolated sand bars in those areas rather than close the entire 27 miles of coast line to the 4+ million annual visitors? I paid substantial money to be there and could not safely get into the gulf water. Although I have been to PC several times, I will most likely go to other more well managed beaches for incidence of rip tide.

A lovely condo in a beautiful setting

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. We loved being on the beachfront and being able walk everywhere. During our stay, there were high winds and rip tides, so the water was very rough. We were able to find other enjoyable things to do. We were looking for relaxation and found it. Our only complaints were the loud people on the streets at night, the rattling of the lanai railing from the wind, and the lights from the outside entry coming through the two bedroom windows at night. There was no way to block the light.

Our stay was quite enjoying and calming with the easy-access beach front being right by our finger tips. As the view was immaculate in viewing a landscape unimaginable, the comfort that was within our stay was comfortable with each bed and living space emancipating our ease into getting ready for our adventures. Upon our arrival of the property in May 2023, the floors contained a faintly amount of sand. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning went out and had it fixed the same day which was exceptionally moral. The property in itself was a site that has captured our attention and on no occasion will desert our memories that we have compelled.

Perfect leisurely recovery

Immaculate and Modern. This condo was PERFECT for our several dat stay to "recover" from our busy vacation. While the weather was unseasonably cold (50F - 60F), the accommodation made the stay comfortable and cozy. The beach is magnificent with plenty of dining options. I can't say enough good about this property. We will definitely return (sooner than later).

On the beach

Overall a great experience, easy access, quiet, secure, friendly, great location. Comfortable beds, well equipped, beautiful decor. Only observation was the floors could use a really good cleaning. Would definitely go back and would highly recommend. A set of beach chairs would be nice.
