Life's a Beach...and I'm Just Playing in the Sand! Fantastic Gulf View!! Pinnacle Port sits on a peninsula on the secluded far west end of Panama City Beach. This private gated resort on 22 acres borders Camp Helen State Park to the west, exclusive Carillon Beach to the east, 800 acre Lake Powell to the north and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico to the south. The gulf side has a quarter mile of private beautiful white sandy beaches with picturesque sunrises in the mornings and memorable sunsets in the evenings. The Lake Powell side has a fishing pier and boat dock with slips for your enjoyment. There is an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a cafĂ© opened seasonally with movie night on the pool deck. Other amenities include a second outdoor pool located by four lighted tennis courts, sauna, exercise room, bocce ball, shuffle board, horse shoes, and kids’ playground. Our recently redecorated unit is located on the seventh floor of the most desirable wing of the tower located closest to the gulf and is a two bedroom, two and one half bath townhouse style unit on 2 levels. The downstairs living room, dining room, and kitchen have a spectacular direct view of the gulf from the balcony. There is a new queen size sleeper sofa with a mattress and 2 swivel rocking recliners for comfort in the living room. The luxurious master bedroom suite upstairs has its own private balcony overlooking the Carillon and gulf with the sounds of waves at night. It has a queen size bed with en suite bath with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 built in twin beds a d new queen size bed with windows overlooking the gulf and a bathroom down hallway. Three HD LED tvs are located throughout as well as free wi-fi. Five minutes to the west is scenic Hwy 30-a with Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Watercolors, and Grayton Beach. Traveling 10 minutes to the east you will find the popular Pier Park mall and restaurant complex. And for the more enthusiastic shopper Sandestin and Silver Sands outlet mall in Destin is only 25 miles away. Come breathe in the fresh gulf air, look at the beautiful emerald waters, and take a walk on the beach feeling the sand between your toes. Enjoy life!

Very very small. Photos make it appear larger

Guess it was my fault as I didn’t read the description accurately. It’s two story with bedrooms at top of very steep stairs. Very very small condo. Water in kitchen only worked with handle in 1 position. Dryer doesn’t shut off. Owner is very kind. But the condo was very old and very disappointing. The building is very old. Air conditioner is loud and never cools below 75. Hot water takes 15-30 minutes and is opposite of what it should be. We left 2 days early.

Very Relaxing Beach vacation

This was our first time at Carillon beach and we had a wonderful time at this condo. It had a beautiful Gulf view and right on the beach. Our host was very responsive to take care of anything we needed. The condo had all the necessities we needed and we enjoyed a relaxing week on the beach!

Fabulous week at the beach!

I went with my husband, adult children, and my 2 young granddaughters to this beautiful condo on the beach. The unit was spotless, everything was very comfortable and well maintained. The view from the living area balcony was awesome! As was the view from the second bedroom upstairs. The master balcony's view was of the parking lot but we didn't spend much time in there anyway. The beds were super comfortable, water pressure and the showers were great. We had all the kitchen supplies we needed and we used the washer/dryer once while we were there with great success. There were bathrooms upstairs and down which was very convenient. The living area had a comfy couch and reclining chairs and felt very roomy. We were on the 7th floor but rarely waited for more then a couple of minutes for the elevator. The journey from our room to the sand was no more than 5 minutes. We rented umbrellas and chairs from Burkes Beach Services and they were waiting for us directly in line of sight from our balcony. We had a couple of rainy days and the indoor pool was perfect to keep the 2yr old and 4 yr old happy. There were also tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a playground. The area surrounding the Pinnacle Port Resort had everything we needed. Nearby Publix grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, shopping, etc. but it wasn't crazy touristy busy like it is nearer to Destin. Jeff was a fabulous host - made everything in the lovely unit easy to use and was always quick to respond.

Great place. Inexpensive and just what we needed.

This place has a great view, good parking, 3 elevators (never waited more than 15 seconds), 24/7 security and nice pools. Beach access is very easy and close. Condo is newly renovated. It is on the smaller side by my family of 5 was just fine in there. Would come back again.

Jeff's place was as described in the listing. It's small, but it's well-stocked. We had everything we needed for our week-stay. Jeff was great with communication and answered my texts very quickly. Would definitely recommend him as a host and his condo as a rental.

The condo was nice clean and the area was quite. There is a place for your boat if you bring one to fish. Local parks and shopping. Outlet mall was great for shopping in Destin. Also the Donut Hole was a good place to eat for breakfast. Get there early so the wait will not be long.

Great location and Great Condo!

Wonderful updated condo with balcony on the beach. Very clean. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, pans and all utensils. Pictures are exact for all rooms. Very pleased with our stay. The gated community was a plus since it was a girls weekend and we felt very safe. The neighborhood the condo is in was very nice. We walked in the mornings before enjoying the beach. Beach was great since it is located away from all the business of Panama City Beach. Close enough to enjoy 30A B or drive into Panama City. I would definitely rent this condo again. Great communication with the host.

A great get away place!

Beautiful beach condo!

My friend and I (college roommate from years ago) had a wonderful girls' week at this beautifully updated condo. The views of the Gulf were fantastic and the accommodations were very comfortable. The host, Jeff, was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process, from resolving a booking problem to addressing a couple minor issues upon check-in. I have never had a better experience with a host on any vacation trip. Thanks so much, Jeff! My husband and I visited Pinnacle Port for the first time in November. We enjoyed it so much, we returned in April with friends and last week was my third trip in six months! The quietness of the area coupled with the beauty of the beach and great views of the Gulf and Lake Powell make Pinnacle Port such a special place. We hope to return soon and would definitely choose this unit again! One note: on this visit we found the absolute best restaurant, Goatfeathers at 30Avenue. It's both a seafood market and cafe and only 3 miles from Pinnacle Port. The seafood was super fresh and cooked to perfection!

We loved our stay and everything about the location. No crowded elevators, beach, or noise while still being close to great restaurants. The grocery stores are only a 5-minute drive to get to. The view from the balconies was our favorite part of the trip! Jeff was great to work with and very quick to respond. Perfect spot for a family beach getaway!
