More than ocean front, we stretch out right into the sand. With free wifi and almost a mile of locked and gated, undeveloped, pristine beach there is no other complex like us. Because its undeveloped the stars pop out at night like no where else in Panama City Beach. It has a premium mattress and top grain leather sofa. Remodeled brand new white quartz kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, induction cook tops with a new-wave style glass oven. Completely remodeled bathroom includes a vaulted ceiling JACUZZI tub with real stone travertine surround. A new ac is strong and efficient. Newly remodeled large gulf front pool, new premium 65' HDTV with custom sound system. There are no hidden fees or charges when booking direct. Our complex has brand new bbq's, wireless internet, and go-carts, shopping, pubs are right across the street making this the ideal location. Walking distance to Gulf World and Pier Park is less than 2 miles away. Go carts and mini-golf are directly across the street. We are a non-smoking condo and complex. Smoking inside the condo or in the complex will be at least a $100 fine.

Just what we needed…

We had a great stay. John was the most responsive and helpful host we’ve ever had. Location was great and within walking distance of everything we needed. 4th of July is especially fun with all the fireworks up and down the beach.

It was perfect. We were so thankful to be able to stay here because of last minute reservations. Beautiful beach. Loved the deck! The room was just what we needed. Plus, the location of our room was close to stairs and elevator. I was happy about the privacy of the resort because of arm bands and the uncrowded beach area!

Quick trip to Panama City Beach to surprise my wife for her birthday. The condo was awesome! Clean, great decor, kitchen. This condo is right on the beach!! Pool was awesome too! Security was excellent! We will definitely be back! Loved it!

This place is about 1.5 miles east of Pier Park,Easy access to everything,right on the beach,the room has a big nice soft bed,60 inch tv,a couch,and a shower(bring towels because there's only 3 in the room,we went to Walmart and bought towels so we would not have to wash everyday on vacation)we loved this place because of location and this will be our go to spot,beach was not crowded,they do have a really big pool also

Beautiful and Kind!!

Wow! To start the outside of the building is adorable art deco building. The room is a perfect beach room that has everything you could need. Then you walk out the door and have a STUNNING view of the beach. The beach access and space is amazing! There’s no girnormious condos around so you have plenty of space to enjoy your own space in this paradise. The cherry on top is the host - he makes you feel like you’re part of his family, hospitality at its finest! I hope we get to come back soon!

Great location, great vacation!

We had a great time staying in this room! Location is perfect, beach access was amazing! Room was exactly as described. Check in was easy. Only issue we had was the extra comforter for the pull out not being clean. Overall, not a huge deal. Would definitely stay again! A great value for sure!

The location was perfect! The room description was not 100% accurate. It would've been nice if we were told that the sofa bed did not work and that we'd have to use a blow up mattress and sleep on the floor. The blow up mattress took up most of the floor space and wasn't very comfortable.Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Great pool( huge). Right on beach. Parking terrible! The maintainance/ manager? was very helpful& friendly. The unit says it sleeps 4 but only had 1 queen bed then a blowup mattress& couch that wasn’t very comfortable. Owner was easy to contact. In walking distance of places to eat& activities. TV was easy to cut on but had to figure out how to operate the volume
