*IMPORTANT* this is our home that we are excited to share with fellow beach lovers. We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties and/or night owls.

The entire house is yours!

Heated Pool charge of $50 per day paid after reservation is made. Must be notified and paid 48 hours before check in

Gas Grill must be cleaned if used. Failure to clean will result in a $250 cleaning fee

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay. If under 25 send an inquiry and exceptions can be made with a security deposit and agreeing to house rules of NO HOUSE parties

No smoking of any kind indoors

The home has 1 ring camera at the front door and is for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. It is used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.

! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.

Other things to note is a Signed rental agreement is required and will be sent within 24 hours after booking is confirmed.

The pool was heated really well. We direly needed an elevator and this home had it. This home was perfect for our family. The kitchen and bathroom by the pool was very useful too.

This was a nice place to stay. You had the beach right across the road access to the beach across the road from you. The view was really nice of the beaches. With having a pool there. The beach being too rough some of the time. The pool was nice cuz the kids could still swim. We didn't have to travel to get to the beach or anything. Has an elevator which is convenient if you have handicap people and we did.

Perfect setup for multiple families to enjoy. We had plenty of space, bathrooms, and beds! We loved having the pool and hot tub. Joe was very helpful and extremely responsive. Would definitely rent again!

The property was exactly as described and shown in the pics. It is right across the beach and access points. We loved how big and spacious the place was. Totally worth the stay and we would highly recommend this to anyone planning a trip to PCB.

Great location with wonderful heated pool

The house was wonderful—heated pool and hot tub, beach views, close proximity to a donut and pizza shop and grocery store. The elevator is great for anyone with mobility issues. House owner was extremely responsive.

Overall really enjoyed our stay here. We wanted to be a bit away from the chaos of the Pier Park area and enjoyed the quieter beach over here and private pool. There is a lot of space, and if you like donuts you're right next to Thomas Donuts. Loved that every bedroom has it's own bathroom/ shower set up. The bed's were very comfortable, and really liked having a fridge both in the bottom bedroom near the pool as well as the main floor. The elevator was a huge help in terms of luggage and groceries being transported around.Just a few small gripes would be the shower pressure- a lot of the showers had multiple shower heads but when you tried to run both one would drop down drastically. Also felt like the hot water ran out really quickly. We incorrectly assumed we were renting (1) of the (2) units, but this is actually (1) of (4) units, and being in the middle some of the other vehicles of the groups next to us ended up semi blocking our driveway/garage area. Again though, these are very small inconveniences and did not greatly affect our amazing experience in PCB!
