This condo also offers a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area, an open-concept living room showcasing stunning Gulf views, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot with active families; there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one includes a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one-stop shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate. This property truly offers something for everyone!

Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2-bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3-bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off-season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1- and 2-bedroom units.

Clean and large enough to accommodate everyone. We had everything we needed. I also appreciate that the owner allowed us to change from Sat-Sat to Sun-Sun due to the tournament dates.

Majestic 1809

Wonderful unit for our family of 5 adults. Plenty of room through the unit. Balcony was huge with large table and plenty of seating. Fully stocked kitchen. Full size washer/dryer was a nice bonus. Only negatives we could find were; master and middle bedroom mattress are only enough that they are uncomfortable and street side bedroom with balcony never got cool. One of double sinks in master bath was unusable the entire stay. Living room sofas were sinking in the middle. We very much enjoyed our stay, but don’t know if we’d book this unit again.

Weekend Getaway

First off, I will start by saying what a wonderful experience we had with the property owner Gill in terms of communications. We planned for a much needed weekend get away in the last minute. When we arrived at the location there were few things we thought of bringing to the property owner's attention. EVERYTYHING WAS TAKEN CARE OFF PROMPTLY.. This helped us get on with our vacation. Great location, Great views, Spacious rooms, tastefully decorated. Panaromic view of the gulph. Walk in distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Do check out the American Diner less than half a mile away, they offer a full hot breakfast for 9 bucks. The Majestic tower2 we stayed has a pool in the ground floor and a huge hot tub. Beach is few steps away from ground floor. Overall it was a pleasure to stay in a place that was well taken care off and most importantly it was a pleasure dealing with the property owner himself. A man of integrity. He keeps his words and goes out of his way to make sure the guests are provided with the best service possible. Note to future guests. Please treat this place as your own and respect the rules and follow the instructions provided in the welcome package. That will save the property owner Gill some heart ache. That is the least we all can do as guests to support property owners like Gill. Will stay again.

Very clean and nice condo. Located close to all the attractions. Really enjoyed that it was so easy to access the beach. The younger kids really enjoyed the outdoor pools and hot tub. Can’t wait to come back soon.

Long awaited Vacation

This was an extremely spacious unit. There was no crowding and was very convenient to shopping and entertainment. Our grandchildren had a blast. Since they live 200 miles apart , it’s rare that they get to spend this much time together. Wonderful memories were made. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

We had such a great time during our stay! It was a great location to enjoy the beach right in front of the condo or take a short trip to St. Andrews. Gil was extremely helpful when we asked to get a gym pass and contacted the HOA office to get everything set up. Everything was clean and the condo was so spacious - it was perfect for a stay with a large family. We weren’t used to staying on a higher floor, but it was actually much better for seeing all of the marine life in the mornings (including a shark and a manatee). Would definitely book here again!

Stayed here with my family. It was very spacious for 6 of us with room to spare. Perfect for my 2 daughters. It was clean, beds were comfy and had so many things provided. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome: This is a great corner unit with great views of both the Gulf side and the Panama City Beach side from balconies on each end of the unit. It was very clean and had everything we needed! When you walk out the Resort's beach-level, front doors you immediately have fantastic Gulf-side patios with multiple swimming pools on either side and after a few more steps your feet are on and in the most beautiful white sand that you could ever imagine overlooking the gorgeous emerald coastline! Everything you could possibly want to do on the beach is right there from jet skis and banana boat rides to parasailing! Great shopping and dining options are within walking distance or a short car ride away! We had great seafood meals at Sharky's and Harpoon Harry's outside and right on the beach, fantastic barbecue at Back Beach Barbecue, 18 holes of miniature gulf with the 6 and 3 yr. old grand kids, several hrs. of play time at the terrific Panama City Beach playground/park and miles of tropical hiking at Conservation Park; but, the highlight of our family Spring-break Vacation was renting a pontoon boat on St. Andrews Gulf Bay where we were privately entertained for over 20 minutes by a pod of four dolphins swimming all around the pontoon followed by two anchored stops at Shell Island where we waded ashore to the conservation island for beach hiking, playing and shelling on both the Gulf and Bay sides! We will definitely return and highly recommend this great panhandle city, great resort and great unit to any family that is looking for one of the most enjoyable and memorable vacations of a lifetime! Great Family Beach Getaway

We had an absolutely fantastic experience the property was clean and as advertised and the location was great lots of activities and things to do with the family. The owners Gil and leslie were really easy to work with and answered any and all our questions immediately.
