Tower 4-702 Long Beach Resort. Free Beach Chair Service!

Free Beach Chair/Umbrella Service (March 1-October 31) Exterior Construction Improvements around the resort will be on-going through March 2026. This beautiful, completely remodeled Gulf front condo is truly a coastal oasis! It is fresh with new paint, new furniture and new flooring! King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf. The kitchen has been completely updated with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. It has an open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches located here on the Emerald Coast. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The resort offers, hot tubs, three resort pools, poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy!
Condo 4-702 is located in Tower 4 on the 7th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

PCB 4th of July

This condo was beautifully decorated and just the right size for us. The view of the Emerald Coast was amazing and the water was so clear and calm. The smaller pool away from the main busier pool was very nice. Staff was cleaning every morning. Only suggestion would be a better mattress and pillows. But we had a wonderful stay.

Perfect beach condo

The condo was lovely. Just like the pics. View is incredible. Love the balcony across the entire back. We spent most of our time out there having coffee & cocktails at the outdoor table enjoying the constant breeze & wonderful ocean roar. The space is all you need w/ a kitchen, living room & nice master bedroom. Everything was updated. Farah was great - very responsive & helpful. Would love to come back again.

Beautiful Condo!

The condo is beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed. Quick response to any questions we had. We so enjoy sitting on the balcony with the high top table and chairs. You can see dolphins daily from the balcony or on the beach. I saw stingrays daily on my morning walks. We had a wonderful week! Thanks for everything! We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay


Wow! Such a beautifully decorated, comfortable condo
 right out of Coastal Living magazine. We so enjoyed our stay here. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and beautiful sunsets as well as soft pink skies with the moon in the morning. The balcony had comfortable seating where you could just sit and enjoy the view and sound of the waves
 so relaxing. Saw dolphins and stingrays swimming in the shallow waters. Easy to get down to the beach or the pools. Communication with the property manager was easy. The condo was close to shopping, Pier Park, Publix, Walmart, lots of restaurants to choose from. We also enjoyed the Sea Screamer Dolphin cruise! We couldn’t have stayed in a better place! Will not hesitate to stay here again for future visits.

Fantastic place

The location was fabulous and the balcony overlooking the beach is perfect. It's a nice big balcony as well with great lounging furniture on it. Plus a nice outdoor table and chairs. Most comfortable I've sat on. The place is very nicely updated and very tastefully done. Appliances all work great and really there is no complaints at all about furnishings. Our only request would be for more than one laundry and dishwasher pod provided especially when you're staying a week. Also; We've read other tower reviews and be warned it seem there is a lot of elevator issues. In our tower one elevator was broken for the whole length of our stay. We didn't have extremely long waits, but we would have had no waits at all had both been working. We would certainly stay there again.

Location was superb for walking to shopping and dining. The time of year makes for very little wait for elevator and parking at the condo, and no lines at dining and attractions! The condo was 1 bed/1 bath, small but tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was there when we arrived late and everything worked well. The only negative was a somewhat musty odor which never really went away.

Excellent Getway

Such a nice place to getaway and rest from the holiday rush. Property was clean and so nicely decorated. Although it was chilly temperatures we were able to enjoy the balcony with the FL sunshine. One of the most beautiful beaches I have visited. Can’t wait for a return visit.

Shore View - Sea the Ocean

Imagine being on a ship...well this is the spot! Loved being able to look at the water from the bed...lounging on the couch...cooking in the kitchen!! This was a "do-nothing" vacay with simple eating and all-day ocean viewing. The condo was beautifully and tastefully decorated, every corner had a little something to appeal to the eye. It's a small condo for two to enjoy the space and not feel crowded. The balcony was huge and had the perfect pub chair and table allowing unobstructed views-fabulous! Farah our host was very helpful and attentive - no question left unanswered and quick replies - a definite plus! Thanks much - already planning our return!
