Excellent property

This house is beautiful, clean, lots of storage, and well equipped. We had a great stay using the outdoor spaces as well as indoor. Not too far from the pool and we had bikes so easily bikeable to all the local communities. Great stay!

The house was beautiful and just perfect for 6 adults and 2 grandchildren under the age of 2. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook in a few nights. The only issue we had was that the wood floors were very dirty . My 13 month old grandson’s knees and feet were black from crawling around. We loved the neighborhood, it was close to everything we wanted to do.

Great house!

Loved staying at this house! The tram made it so easy to get around and within walking distance to many restaurants. The house was super clean and even when we had a light out in the bathroom, they fixed it right away. Super great communication and response time!

Beautiful , Clean House in a great Neighborhood

We Love this neighborhood , we stay here every year . The house was clean and decorated so beautiful . We truly enjoyed our stay. The only thing we did not like was the check in process. You had to check in at the pool , which is kind of hard to find and it was a long walk in the heat to find the spot at the pool where you check in .

Wonderful weekend!

This home was the perfect place for my sister and our girls to have a girls long weekend at the beach! The home is beautifully decorated and in absolutely pristine condition. The only suggestion we have is a Roku for the tvs because the remotes were a little difficult to figure out!

The house fit our large party just right. We have two families and a nanny join. There were minor things that were needed but we messaged the manager and I believe they will take care of those things. Love the location of this house! Can’t wait to go back to Rosemary!!

Awesome place!!

This is an amazing house! Our family of 11 had an incredible week together. The only thing that needs some attention is the bathroom tile could use a good bleaching and the listing says one of the rooms upstairs has two queens and actually has two doubles. We are planning on returning next year for our annual family vacation! Thank you for the opportunity to be able to stay at such a comfortable place.

Family Beach Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at That Summer Feeling. The home was just as it was shown in the photos. Very spacious with the latest design finishes. Rooms and bathrooms were well-appointed and furnished. A nice amount of starter toiletries were provided. The home is a short walk or bike ride to shopping and restaurants. The management company was responsive to inquiries. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again at That Summer Feeling!
