Luxury Home w Private Pool(Heat) across the St from Beach-Unobstructed Bch views

***The maximum of people this home will accommodate is 12. *** Must be 25 years or older to book this unit and at least 2 guests of the age 25!!

You now have the option to have the pool heated! There is a $40/night charge for this and has to be added to all nights of your stay. You can let us know anytime prior to arrival that you want to add heat.

This home is so beautifully furnished and is one home off the beach...full beach views from the upstairs balcony! When you walk out the front door, Beach Access #8 is 80 steps from the front door! Right now, there is no home built on the beach directly in front of this house so you have unobstructed views! The living room, dining nook and kitchen area is just ahead as you walk through the front door. The kitchen is fully stocked, has granite counter tops and a kitchen island for extra prep space.

There's a half bathroom just beyond the kitchen for guests to enjoy. There's a door off of the eating area that leads you to the fenced-in private pool, grill, outdoor seating and outdoor shower area.

Master Bedroom #1 (first floor) - King size bed with 2 side tables, a dresser and TV as well as a walk-in closet with plenty of room for your clothes and luggage. The master ensuite bathroom has a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and separate room with the toilet.

A large laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer is located on the first floor between the 1/2 bath and the master bedroom.

Master Bedroom #2 (second floor) - King size bed with 2 side tables, a dresser, tv and door leading out to your own private balcony with beach views! The master ensuite bathroom features a glass walk-in shower, free standing claw-foot tub and large bathroom area with a walk-in closet adjoining.

Walking down the hall there's a Bunk Room on your right (2 full size bunk beds capable of sleeping 8 small children) with a table and lamp in between the bunk beds. Please note there is no door on this room. There is a curtain hanging to provide some privacy, if needed.

Across from the Bunk Room is the second Full Bathroom on the second floor. This bathroom has double sinks, a linen closet and tub/shower combination.

At the end of the hall are the final two bedrooms, one with a King size bed and the other with a Queen size bed, two side tables, a tv and a dresser in each room. Each room has a large closet as well.

This home is so beautifully decorated, from the furnishings to the artwork on the walls! We are so excited to share this home with you and are happy to answer any questions you may have. We also have a "sister home" two doors down if you have a larger group than this home can accommodate. It's name is Makin' Memories and is the very same layout with the same high quality furnishings.

This home is in a very popular area with restaurants and attractions nearby. It is located within walking distance to St. Andrews State Park AND Schooners - a locals' favorite here on PCB! There are many other restaurants close-by as well such as Sisters of the Sea, Captain Anderson's, Patches Pub, Dat Cajun Place, Andy's Flour Power and Grand Marlin among others. Publix and Winn Dixie is also approximately 1.5 miles away, just around the curve of Thomas Drive. The perfect place to enjoy the beach, then have a wonderful meal at home by the pool or head out to one of our wonderful restaurants!

The house is just as advertised. There is a very short walk to the beach. It is less crowded because of so many homes instead of condos. Our family of 11 enjoyed our stay.

Family Summer Vacation

Place was perfect for location to beach and shopping. Away from congestion of Pier Park. Every imaginable uninstal was on hand in kitchen and grill. Pool was an added bonus. Tracy was fantastic on communicating quickly on questions. We will definitely book again. 5 Stars all around.

As exactly as described

I stayed with my family during last week of December. Place was exactly as it was described online. Property was cleaned and pool was nice. It was right across from beach, which was so convenient. Property manager was readily accessible and was able to get in touch right away during our whole stay. We had a great time here and would definitely return in the future!

The house is awesome! Perfect location-just a few steps to the beach! Great family place , we had 3 children under 3 and it worked great . The pool is an added bonus after a day at the beach. The kitchen could use more eating utensils and bakeware but otherwise it has what is needed. We will stay here again!

Comfy Family Gathering Place

This beautiful home provided a wonderful place for our ten extended family members to gather for Christmas. The location is great for walking to the beach and restaurants. We felt the kitchen could be better stocked with dish towels and cooking supplies. We only had one tea towel for six days of cooking for ten people. In addition, we were expecting a place of this quality to provide more than the bare minimum of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, etc.). Because we were flying to this destination, beach towels and chairs would have been much appreciated. All of our other Florida stays have provided them. Regardless, we had a wonderful time and would consider staying again.

Beautiful House

Loved the house it was so clean and a quick walk to the beach. It had a lot of toys and blow up stuff for the kids to play with in the pool or on the beach. Not a lot of people on the beach right in front of the house. We just had to buy some chairs and umbrella for the beach. We had 12 people stay with plenty of room. I would definitely stay here again when we go to Panama City Beach.

Father’s Day trip

Bama Breeze is a wonderful place to stay. Our first four days were rained out but thank goodness for the awesome pool that comes with this home. The children played until they were all little prunes. Adults had a dance party(hope we didn’t bother anyone). The weather cleared by Wednesday and we hit the beach for the next 3 days. This home is perfect. The balcony was my favorite place in the evening. Stacey is a wonderful host. We will be staying here again next summer.

Paradise Week

This is a beautiful home in a wonderful location only a few steps to the beach. Many off-site activities nearby. The house is new and well done. The first floor master would benefit from two additions - a chair in the bedroom and some way to hang towels in the bathroom. There is one hand towel ring for a double sink vanity and a hook on the back of the door which is mounted very high on the door. The pool was great with the kids, especially in combination with the beach and gulf. The second floor balcony had a great view. We had a great time - thanks so much!

Great family vacation

We traveled with our three adult children, two daughter in laws, and three grandchildren. The beach house accommodations where perfect for our group. The house is steps from the beach and the private pool was great for our family. The only negative comment I could make is the kitchen cook wear was worn and limited. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend renting this beach house.

Short getaway

The house was literally across the street from the beach, great location. I wanted to change our dates due to the forecast of rain but was not allowed too. We stayed four days it rained, stormed, stores were without power, we tried a couple of indoor activities but some were closed due to power outages. So for the most part we were disappointed by our trip. We travel to Destin a couple times a year, we don’t normally stay in Panama and I realize it’s more out dated. I didn’t want my money back just should have been able to change dates due to forecast we had hurricane like weather there were also hail in some places.. That being said the home was lovely

Awesome House

Awesome house, great location. Perfect for families. The property manager was amazing and very responsive to our needs. Property owner scheduled some work to be done at the house during our stay which was a huge inconvenience but the property manager took care of us for the trouble. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful Home, Great Location!

We had two families on our trip consisting of 4 adults and 4 children (ages 5-9). We loved just about everything about choosing this property for our week-long March trip. The home itself was sparkling clean, spacious, and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated that immensely. The private pool area was a main reason we rented here and we used it daily (though quite cold still in March, the adults couldn't handle it but the kids powered through). The proximity to the beach was absolutely fantastic - its *right* there - walking from the front door to the sand is probably 2 minutes. A huge plus on the location is that you are on a stretch of beach that is just homes rather than being right next to a hotel, resort, or condominium building. Therefore, the population on the beach in that area is noticeably less & we loved this aspect! You are also just a tad away from the majority of bars, restaurants, attractions and in a quieter stretch of Panama City Beach. You can still get to all of the great places within minutes but get to enjoy a quieter and less crowded area when at the house. We loved visiting St Andrews State Park which is less than a 5min drive. A highlight for everyone was renting a pontoon boat for a day and visiting Shell Island (we used and would recommend Lagoon Pontoons). We got pizza one evening from Shore Shack Pizza and it was excellent. We were a little disappointed with the lack of kitchen supplies, it seemed to be incongruous with how top-notch the rest of the home is. There were no spices other than salt and pepper, no condiments, no coffee or sugar. Little to no supplies to store food (such as ziplocks, tupperware, foil, saran wrap). Limited and worn cooking items like pots, pans, cookie sheets. We also were not used to renting a beach home that had zero beach supplies so be prepared to buy/bring: beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, toys, towels. Another nice touch would be to have some board games and card games for families to use in the evenings and on bad weather days. Overall - highly recommend! You will not regret this location on the beautiful Emerald Coast!
