The check in process was super easy and quick. We were even made aware we could check in early. Once inside the condo, we found extension cords that were trip hazards to have lamps and tvs plugged in. There were dishes in the cabinets that were dirty. The dryer door wouldn't close because there was so much lint and sand under the lint screen that it wouldn't go all the way down. We stood there pulling it out and cleaning it ourselves in order to use the dryer. It's been many years since I've stayed at the moondrifter, and to say I was disappointed is an understatement.
The pillows were stained and the couch was sticky. The lamp in the living room was broken and the bunk bed paint was chipped. The door was hard to close and the elevators were SCARY! It was dated. It was in a difficult place to pull in and out of the parking lot and the view was way more obstructed than the picture shows. Definitely not worth the price.
The pictures on the website looked nice; however, when we checked into the room it was filthy. There were roaches/centipeds crawling in the hallway and master bedroom and bathroom. There were holes in the bathroom walls. The baseboards were dirty along with the floors. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was off balance and shook when running. The sliding glass door didn't open. There was also a hole in the living room above the doorway. There might have been a smoke detector there at one time. The vent fan didn't work in the bathroom. The elevators are scary.
