Located near the beach, you'll find that despite it's smaller size, Moreland Carriage House is the perfect place for the lone traveler—after all, even solo trips deserve fine accommodations. It's also a great choice for the couple looking for a cozy way to enjoy the coast. You are sure to enjoy the location which features a short walk to the pristine beaches that the coast is known for. A small sitting area on the private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of warm coffee as you watch the world awaken.

Upon walking in you will find that this simple studio features a lovely king-sized bed and studio style layout. You will find that the Carriage House is quaint, simple, and truly perfect for the small family or lone traveler eager to experience the coast. Dark woods accent subtle blues and whites – colors of the sea and sand. You'll also find a nice living area directly across from the bed, which features a comfortable couch which is perfect for cuddling up late at night to enjoy a movie flickering across the screen of the provided flatscreen television. Other features include a fully equipped kitchen which not only comes with the basic cookware one might find themselves needing, but also plenty of counter space for you to cook up a feast which is sure to fill your cozy home with the warm and delectable scents of a home cooked meal.

If you continue exploring, you will also eventually discover the included washer and dryer. This in and of themselves is a great perk and ensures that there will never be any need for you to interrupt the adventure for a trip to the laundromat. You'll also find the bathroom that, despite the smaller size, does come with a walk-in shower which really is a lovely way to decompress before turning in for the night and sinking into your comfortable and plush bed. Considering the studio layout, one can even turn on the television and allow their favorite show to play in the background as they slowly sink into a dreamless sleep. Other features include a private balcony and entertainment center with DVD player. A short stroll will take you to Playground Park on one side and the white sands of Rosemary Beach on the other.
