As lunch approaches, why not try out the Riptide Bar & Grill that is available all year round.

Room was clean and ready at check in. Couches could be better comfort wise. We had some issues with the fridge being set cool enough and the room temp not wanting to turn down but the host was very quick and responsive getting it all working properly for us. Splash is a great family friendly place with the kids loving the pool options and water park. The food at the poolside grill is good but very expensive. Overall I’d recommend this room and condo

I would recommend this condo to anyone! Perfect view, easy access to the beach, very spacious, relaxing, and clean. My family really enjoyed themselves. I’ll give it 10 stars if I could, was very satisfying.

The number 1 issue was feces on the shower curtain in the master bath. 2, the master showerhead sprayed water everywhere accept directly down. The master bath drain was clogged and took a long time to drain. There were dirty socks behind furniture. The game system in the living room did not work. The tv and remote controls did not work in either bedroom. Other than those issues, the stay was pleasant for the kids. Access to the condo was nice and easy. Staff was great.

This place offered the most for significantly less than other similar locations/condos. If you visit off-season, you may run into the resort doing maintenance (e.g. carpet cleaning). If you're want to avoid the crowds, it's a good tradeoff. Even though we traveled in September, it was plenty hot (in a good way).

Great location - super clean!

Perfect spot for families with awesome amenities! Hosts were very responsive to questions leading up to the stay and provided thorough directions to the condo and registration - making arrival an absolute breeze! The cleanliness was immaculate - showers, toilets, linens, furniture, appliances! Our family had an awesome vacation and we will definitely be recommending this unit to friends and family with kids!
