Start out your day by utilizing your fully-equipped kitchen and sitting on your (18th floor, West tower) balcony eating breakfast as the sun comes up!! As lunch approaches, why not try out the Riptide Bar & Grill that is available all year round.

This place offered the most for significantly less than other similar locations/condos. If you visit off-season, you may run into the resort doing maintenance (e.g. carpet cleaning). If you're want to avoid the crowds, it's a good tradeoff. Even though we traveled in September, it was plenty hot (in a good way).

Splash is always a great resort to stay at. We love the area and it’s perfect for our kids (6, 2 and 9 months). The unit was clean and exactly as advertised! The hosts were helpful and quick to reply. Our trip was wonderful, and we can’t recommend this resort and unit enough! Book it!!!

The elevators are the only issue we encountered. The unit has some normal wear. But nothing that affected the quality of our visit. The managers were extremely responsive. Even after the stay. We loved the beds, they were very comfortable. I would absolutely stay there again.
