This upscale condominium offers a beautifully appointed one-bedroom layout plus a bonus bunk room, complete with a private ocean-view balcony. Located on the 10th floor and less than half a mile from Pier Park, this residence provides both convenience and breathtaking Gulf-front views.

The oceanfront primary suite features a king-size bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom. The bonus bunk room includes twin bunk beds and is complemented by a second full bathroom. The unit also offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space. Stayed here for a quick trip right when school got out. It was the absolute best location for karaoke across the street, Walmart, and a quick bite to eat. The place was perfect! The host was amazing to communicate with and one of us already booked the condo for the fall. Only thought is you might want to bring a sound machine for the front bedroom.

Great condo. Especially for couple or family with young children. My wife and I liked having 2 bathrooms. Great location. 10 minutes walk to Pier Park. My wife and I walked there 3 times during our week stay to eat. Good variety of dining options. Good beach views. Big balcony with adequate furniture for relaxing. Large outdoor pools and indoor hot tub. I would highly recommend staying here. Owner answered several questions promptly before our stay.
