This is a low floor, 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom condo that sleeps 7 in beds. With the most desirable location at Calypso, a West end corner unit, it features both South and West facing windows making this the ultimate beach condo for your trip. New appliances, new furnishings, new decor, new plank tile flooring throughout and new counter height balcony furniture so you enjoy the view of the Gulf and beach, not the railing!

Gulf facing Master suite with balcony access & King Size Bed! Second, Junior Master suite also features King Size Bed, beach view and a private bath. Third bedroom includes one Full and one Twin size bed (both with new mattresses January, 2020) and direct bathroom access. We sleep 7 in beds with no bunks!

This property is a 10 in my book...and im picky. The host definitely thought of everything on this one. Items that were a bonus: cleanliness 10, extra ice maker under counter 10,kitchen supplies 10,parking 10, overall supplies 10. I really liked this condo. Good layout, awesome view, well supplied imo, good furniture, master bed might could use a new mattress, but overall this is a nice unit and a fair price. The host was very responsive and helpful. No issues. We've stayed at over 10- 3 bedroom corner units in Calypso and this one is top tier. Appreciate it!

This condo was absolutely perfect! Newly renovated, tastefully decorated. Beautiful beach front view. Everything was crisp and clean. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Washer and dryer in the unit was a major plus. Comfortable beds and bedding. Ceiling fans in every room! The unit stayed super cool even in the Florida summer heat! We enjoyed the lower floor (6th). It was fun to sit on the balcony and watch all of the sunset activity on the beach. We were at the end of the floor so zero noise/traffic outside of the condo. It was just a short walk across the street to Pier Park for restaurants, shopping & activities. I actually arrived a couple of days before my husband & felt safe the entire time with the kids. The reserved parking spot came in handy since we were in and out a lot for a softball tournament
Never had to look for a spot. Reserved beach chairs were also a nice perk. Awesome pools and tiki bar. Easy check in and check out procedures. If you’re on the fence
just book it! You won’t be disappointed!

Fabulous property!

We had a wonderful stay at the Pearl. It’s location is perfect, directly across from Pier Park. Private parking in the garage keeps your vehicle safe and cool away from the Florida heat. The condo is beautifully decorated and everything you need for your stay is there for your use. We had to contact the owner once, due to an issue with the security code for the garage (no fault of the owners), they responded very quickly and the issue was resolved in minutes. They even sent a text to make sure we knew we had the best view of the July 4th fireworks right from our balcony, we couldn’t have been closer if we tried. We highly recommend this condo and the owners and would stay again without hesitation.

Absolutely perfect!

We stayed at Alan’s condo in Panama City Beach from June 16 to 21, and I can confidently say this was one of the best vacation experiences we’ve had. The condo itself was absolutely perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 small kids ages 1, 1, and 4). The layout was ideal, with 3 spacious bedrooms, including 2 master suites with private bathrooms, offering privacy and comfort for everyone.The condo was spotless upon arrival and stocked with everything we could possibly need, including plenty of pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. There was even an in-unit ice machine that we used daily to fill our cooler for the beach, which was such a thoughtful and practical touch.The views from the condo were breathtaking, and the patio was a highlight. It was furnished with 6 chairs that were high enough to give us a perfect view over the railing while still being safe for the kids to enjoy. It made mornings with coffee and evenings watching the sunset unforgettable.The pool area was fantastic and just the right depth and size for both adults and children to enjoy comfortably.We did experience a temporary water outage, but this was a citywide issue entirely out of Alan’s control. What really stood out was how proactive and communicative he was throughout. It was clear he truly cared about our experience and wanted to keep us informed every step of the way.Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations in every way. Perfect Getaway

Our condo could not have been any better. We had family members staying in other units within the same condo and they all complimented how well our unit was decorated. It is a 6th floor corner unit with a beautiful view. The furniture on the balcony was very nice as well. And to top it off, there was a separate ice maker that we used to fill our coolers with each day. Highly recommend this unit and these owners.

We loved the unit. The design was nicely updated and well appointed with everything we could have needed. The low floor made it easy to access the beach with the elevator or stairs. Having premium parking below the building was fantastic. The large balcony positioned on the western corner allowed beautiful unobstructed sunset views. Lastly, the communication with the owner was great. He was very responsive and provided lots of useful information about the unit and the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Condo! As advertised!

I had never stayed at a VRBO, so I was nervous about the process. I picked this location due to its updated look, corner unit and overall strong ratings. It was expensive compared to the others; however, after staying here and hearing horror stories about other condos, I am so happy to have picked this location = well worth every penny! The condo was just as the pictures described, very clean - you could smell the cleaning products / bleach when you walked in. The bedding and towels were of high quality, which I appreciated - the duvet covers were very nice and provided the comfort that it was all clean. The high-end outdoor Pollywood furniture was also very nice. Washing machine and dryer were large and of sound quality. There was only three of us, so we each had our own room and bathroom, it was great! Location was excellent, across from Pier Park. Since we were there when there were double red flags; this provided something to do and activities for my teenager. Lastly, a couple other perks were the private parking garage and beach service. The private parking was an excellent perk and allowed us to move about far easier than using the main parking garage and fighting for a space. Beach service was great - no need to pay for chairs and an umbrella - all included and was a nice touch. Overall, I was 100% satisfied. I am a hotel snob and I can say, I was extremely satisfied and would stay here again if we come back to PCB.

Fantastic place and location

This is a beautiful place located right on the corner of the building looking directly into the sunset. It has upgraded furnishings compared to other rentals we have had at PCB in the past. It is literally less than a 5 minute walk to Pier Park for food, shopping, walking out on the pier, etc. The location could not be better for a family. Also, communication with the host was clear and thorough. Alan was very responsive to any questions I had and was easily reachable by text or email. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Condo!

We have rented several condos at Calypso over the years. This condo is by far the best we have ever stayed in. It has been completely remodeled with a gorgeous coastal decor and has every amenity you can think of. The location can’t be beat and neither can the views with beautiful sunsets every evening.
