LOCATION:

"Suite Dreams on 30A” is nestled in the picturesque Grande Pointe neighborhood, and enjoys an enviable location, just under a mile from the renowned 30A corridor and a leisurely stroll away from the beach. Explore the trails and rich history of Camp Helen State Park, which borders the community, and take advantage of the community dock and pool overlooking Lake Powell. Revel in the serenity of the surroundings paired with the convenience of nearby amenities. Upscale shopping and dining at 30Avenue are in close proximity, while popular grocery stores and entertainment options at Pier Park are just a brief drive away. The property is conveniently situated, with Panama City Airport (ECP) reachable within a mere 20-minute drive. The newly-constructed underpass at the corner of the 30A and Highway 98 has now officially opened, allowing easy bike/pedestrian access to the beach.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW:

Upon entering, the home's exposed brick foyer immediately captivates with its soaring ceiling. Beyond the entrance and a convenient first-floor powder room, you'll find yourself in the spacious kitchen and dining area. Fully equipped with top-of-the-line fixtures and appliances, the kitchen boasts a stainless steel fridge/freezer, a five-burner gas range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, oven, toaster, and blender. The home is stocked with an array of cookware, bakeware, and crockery, including separate sets for both adults and children. The generously sized kitchen island provides seating for four, while the primary dining area accommodates an additional eight guests. The living room offers ample seating, including couches and chairs, complemented by a large smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.

The patio doors at the far end of the living room open into an outdoor oasis - a private swimming pool with sun deck, a premium built-in gas grill for all your barbecuing needs, and outdoor seating all within a fully-enclosed yard.

Continuing down the hallway from the kitchen, you'll pass the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer as well as a selection of beach towels on your way to the masterfully furnished first-floor suite. This bedroom features a king-sized bed. The suite's bathroom is a luxurious retreat, showcasing a double vanity, an oversized standalone tub inside the spacious rain shower area – the ultimate relaxation spot after a sun-soaked day at the beach.

The second-floor loft is an expansive gathering space with abundant seating, a large smart TV, and a convenient drinks nook equipped with a refrigerator. The second floor boasts three bedrooms – the bunk room, adorned with four custom-built full beds (accommodating eight), shares a hallway bathroom with the second king bedroom. The third king bedroom offers a private en suite, complete with a generously sized walk-in shower.

The home comes with four adult beach cruisers, beach gear (wagon, chairs, toys), towels (including beach towels), fresh linens, cutlery, cooking utensils, and a private driveway and garage that together can accommodate up to three cars.

The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent this home.

We accept two pets per stay, up to 50 lbs total. Pets are strictly not allowed upstairs, on furniture/beds, or in the pool, showers, or bathtubs. Pets should not be left unattended at the property for more than four hours unless crated.

Trash must be bagged, placed inside trash cans, and only taken out after 6pm on nights prior to trash collection days. Once trash is collected, trash cans must be put away in the garage. The HOA regularly fines guests in violation of trash rules. All pet waste must be picked up and placed in the garbage cans tied securely in trash bags.

Construction - This neighborhood - along with many others along the 30A - is growing, and as such there may be construction with attendant noise that may take place during your stay. By booking this listing, you acknowledge that you possible construction noise won't be an issue for you and that you understand that no discounts or refunds will be given for this reason.

Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.

Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposes fines on guests found to be doing so.

House is very nice and clean. It is centrally located between Panama City and Destin. It is close to the beach. It could be stocked with better pans (one nonstick pan is in rough shape and 3 other smaller pans are stainless). We enjoyed hanging out by the pool but were bringing beach chairs to the pool area because chairs next to the pool are black and get so hot you can get a burn. It can use an umbrella and loungers. We had a lot of internet issues. House is managed by property management company so if ypu ever reached out during "off" hours it would take long time to get a response.

We enjoyed this house, our stay, and the Inlet Beach area more broadly. Home is located well, with convenient access to the beach. We found it helpful to rent an electric cart, though we needed to time our arrival to the beach each day to get parking.The home itself worked very well for us. Bedrooms and beds were good, though we would have preferred less firm pillows. We loved having a spacious upstairs den which all the kids on our family could hang out in. The kitchen is well designed with ample space for us to prep meals, and the grill outside worked well. Overall we felt the home was spacious and modern.Our top suggestion for improvement would be cleanliness on our arrival day. Specifically parts of the floor downstairs were sticky and unpleasant to walk on, such that we had to buy wipes and do our own cleaning . Also, in the garage was an overflowing kitchen sized trash bin filled with garbage and a disgusting liquid —all of which we had to empty into the big garbage bin for pickup the next morning. It Would have been nice if this had been taken care of and the trash bin rinsed out before we arrived.

Great place for our big group

we had a fairly large group but more than ample accommodations. there were a few hiccups during our stay: garage door wouldn’t close properly and we were t made aware of it beforehand however the management group was and responded quickly, the door from inside the house to the garage had a handle that kept falling off. let management know and they were aware of it and said they would take care of it after we left. other than that our stay was very pleasant and fulfilled family time. the pool was a great bonus!

We were there for a longer weekend and enjoyed every minute. Not far from the amenity center with pool at the bay in a lovely quiet neighborhood away from the traffic during busy vacation times.

Great week in Florida!

The house was perfect for our group. It was new construction, clean and had king beds in the bedrooms which we were looking for. The only reason to give it a 4 star on location was there was construction right next door which made it impossible to sleep in. Other than that, it was perfect and was just a defined on line. Thanks to all for helping to make it a great week for us.
