Escape to your perfect beach getaway! Just an 8-minute stroll to the pristine white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, our family-friendly, newly-renovated retreat offers everything you need, whether you're planning a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a friends' getaway.
At Sandcastles & Sunshine, you won't have to worry about crowded parking garages or long waits for elevators. The unit accommodates six guests and features a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, as well as a washer and dryer.
The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and a sunroom with a twin bed. The second bedroom contains a queen bed and a twin bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs.
Take a dip in one of the community's 11 pools (5 heated seasonally.) We provide 2 beach chairs, boogie boards, and a beach umbrella for guests' use.
If you need movement, the community has pickleball and tennis courts, free mini-golf, playgrounds, shuffleboard, and a small fitness center.
Golf cart rental is available for $50 per day, with a refundable deposit of $250. A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required. Drivers must be 25 years or older.
Wi-Fi is complimentary. To ensure a relaxing experience for all, please be aware that we are a smoke-free and pet-free property. Large events or parties are not permitted.

Family Spring Break Trip
The condo was pleasantly clean, accommodating for our family, and comfortable. We were already well on the road when I got the email to print off my confirmation for the gate guard but thankfully he was very understanding. I wasn't aware that there were cameras on the premises, and I totally get it with it being a rental and we have one to, but I usually disarm it once guests have arrived. It was a little off-putting with it being on the entire stay. The walk to the beach (access 39) was not bad at all- about a 7 minute walk. We didn't try any of the pools. It got hot at night with the nest thermostat reset. The washer and dryer were nice to have since we were there for 5 days and that was a necessity. It's within driving distance to do many places. Rudy's is a must if you are looking for great and affordable BBQ! Sharkys was a fun experience for a nice sunset dinner. My kids (7, 7 & 11) absolutely loved the Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise and Wonder Works. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and our trip.
