We enjoyed how family friendly that it was .. even the bar area was filled with kids playing and very vigilant security guards were always around, which was great for us as parents who like to allow their teens to do their own thing. I didn’t like that the partial view (that we had at least) wasn’t described some other way because partial view in that case was very literally a small view in a shared balcony type space that we had to share with three other rooms. The room was very underwhelming but okay.. the beds were just too small (I don’t think there were even a full size) and the kids struggled to get comfortable on the springy couch bed. Overall it was good and we made do just fine.

This is an older property, but very well appointed and obvious regular updating to premises has been completed. This is a great location for families with young children and teens as the locations boasts 4 pools (2 indoor), ice cream and game parlor, fenced in play areas and family night outdoor movies in the warmer months. Older folks will like this location as well as its situated on the beach front, nice private boardwalk area a HUGE on premises Tiki Bar as well as snack bar and laundry. Coconuts restaurant is directly across the street, and you’ll find a CVS and Winn Dixie just down the street a block or two. Hope to return here again!

The rooms on this property need to be remodeled and updated. Definitely not a resort. The smallest TV (maybe 23 inch) on a room.

Great place for families with kids to enjoy! Friendly staff, we felt comfortable letting the kids roam a bit. Our room had a good view. The back/Oceanside of the property has a beautiful deck area with swings and hammocks (my favorite). The roaming cats were fun to watch. Couldn't get close enough to pet though. Which I'm guessing to some is a good thing (safer for kids). The lazy river was relaxing and one of our favorite pool areas. The other areas were nice but we visited in the off season so it was warmer inside. Great beach access (with chair options if desired). The was a bar area with games near the walking paths and back deck. I believe there was a small kids playland as well. Of course there were photo ops too. Great for capturing memories. The rooms were a bit outdated but not awful. Parking was a bit full most of the time too. Other than those two things it was a great stay.

I went to spend my Birthday weekend in Panama City. As I searched for hotels on Expedia this one came up. Judging by the pictorial looks like a 5 start hotel. When I got there I was highly disappointed. There was carpet in the hall ways that had to been 20 years old. The inside of the hotel was very aged. Do not recommend if you are looking for a very NICE place to stay. The staff was great just did not like the conditions of the hotel compared to other places I have stayed.
